Microorganisms are ubiquitous living organisms in nature.A microbial community usually contains dozens to thousands of different microorganisms.These species cooperate with each other to adapt to changes in the environment.Their life activities also have a long-term and profound impact on the environment.Given the importance and complexity of microorganisms.However,currently there are relatively few microbiological research service platforms,and most of them cannot meet the requirements for in-depth analysis and mining of complex microbiological data.The existing microbiological service platforms only analyze the data initially and display it to users and provide downloads.This method is only for sample processing,and does not mine the rich resources of the sample,and the utilization rate of the data is not high.Microbial data has a large amount of data and high heterogeneity.In-depth microbial data analysis and mining work is needed to discover the relationship between microorganisms and humans,so that microbial information can serve human health research well.In order to realize the microbial data analysis and mining platform(Sys Eco Kit platform),the platform functions need to be analyzed first,and the main functions are determined including module functions such as user management,data organization and display,and data analysis.The overall development of the platform adopts a separate front-end and back-end architecture model.The back-end uses the Java EE framework SSM as the web development framework,the user management module uses the Shiro framework,and the database uses My SQL to store data.The table structure needs to be designed.In terms of data visualization,REST data is returned in RESTFUL style.After the front-end obtains the data,it renders the page and displays the results,which is convenient for researchers to analyze and interpret the results of microbial data more conveniently.After the background module of the system was completed,it was deployed and released.In conjunction with the implementation of the front-end engineering functions,a series of functions of the microbial data analysis and mining platform were tested.The system is mainly tested from a functional point of view to verify whether each module can work as expected.The test results show that the implementation of the back-end system is reliable and effective,and meets the basic needs of data analysis and display of current users.
