With the approaching of “5G” era,smart cities with everything connected is becoming increasingly feasible.Robo-Taxi related techniques are maturing with the development of autonomous driving,machine learning,and Maa S(Mobility as a Service)etc.Robo-Taxis are making it easier and cheaper for people to travel,and at the same time they can also enhance the performance of urban transportation networks.However,Robo-Taxis in this period only have cruising modes of low efficiency,and there is an enormous lack in the researches related to their transportation network,which makes it very difficult to release the performance of the road network and transportation system.In this thesis,two problems related to Robo-Taxi system in an ITS(Intelligent Transportation System)are learned: 1)Route planning for Robo-Taxis with the application of road pricing mechanism,2)Route planning for vacant Robo-Taxis to search for customers.Most work is done as follows:(1)In order to improve the efficiency of Robo-Taxi services and shorten the waiting time of customers,it is learned in the article that how different cruising strategies may affect the result of cruising.To enhance the performance of Robo-Taxis which are cruising for customers,a method on evaluating cruising strategies is given and an approach based on incremental programming is proposed.(2)In order to enhance the performance of transportation network and improve the reliability of services provided by Robo-taxis,a link-based dynamic pricing model is proposed.In this model,surcharge(or road congestion price)of each link is able to adjust according to OD(Origin-Destination)demands,and under the service reliability control they are at a more reasonable level.At the meantime,a heuristic approach based on MSA(Measure of Successive Average)is proposed to solve the optimization problem in this model.At last the model is proved to be feasible and efficient theoretically and practically.(3)Designed and realized Robo-Taxi service system which is composed of ITS system and Robo-Taxi service management system,and proved each function of the system by using a simulating system.
