In this paper,we investigate the existence of finite order transcendental entire solutions of two types of fermat type q-difference differential equations and the problems of the existence of zero order meromorphic solutions of two types of system of high-order complex q-difference differential equations.Firstly,by using Nevanlinna's value distribution theory,the complex differential equa-tions theory and the complex difference equations theory,we show that the existence of finite order transcendental entire solutions of two types of fermat type q-difference differential e-quationsf2(qz+c)+(f(k)(z))2=1and[f(qz+c)-f(z)]2+(f(k)(z))2=1.Moreover,we obtain the solutions under some assumptions.Secondly,using Nevanlinna's value distribution theory,we investigate the problems of the existence of zero order meromorphic solutions and some properties of meromorphic solutions of two types of system of high-order complex q-difference differential equations andWhich extend some results of complex difference differential equations.
