Research On Evaluation Method Of Gradient Development Suitability Of Reclamation Stock

The State Council issued a policy to strictly control the approval of reclamation,which requires more intensive and economical use of reclamation stock resources.There are many problems in the utilization of China's reclamation stock resources,of which the phenomenon that the reclamation stock resources are idle and not used effectively is particularly prominent.Therefore,this article combines the gradient development concept with the reclamation stock resource gradient development suitability evaluation method,drawing a conclusion about whether it is suitable for gradient development.This provides a basis for the development and utilization of reclamation stock resources,improves the reclamation stock resources Effective utilization and achieve the goal of intensive and economical use of reclamation.Based on the research background and literature review,this article defines relevant concepts such as reclamation stock resources and gradient development,expounds the connotation of suitability evaluation of reclamation stock resources' gradient development and analyzes the existing problems and causes of reclamation stock resources' utilization in China.Then,based on location theory and gradient development theory,the article constructs the suitability evaluation system of reclamation stocks gradient development,which consists of 5 criteria-level indicators and 15 indicators,from the five dimensions of natural conditions,development and utilization status,economic and social impacts,ecological impacts and normativeness.Afterwards,the article takes the Dasong Reclamation Project in Yinzhou District of Ningbo City as an example and use AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for the suitability evaluation of reclamation stocks resources' gradient development,which constitutes the empirical study of the proposed gradient development suitability evaluation method.This article draws the following conclusions.First,gradient development of reclamation stocks means that the reclamation stocks are first cultivated in ponds and agricultural plants,and then the industrial town construction is carried out after other conditions are met.Gradient development of reclamation stocks can promote effective combination of reclamation time and space attributes.Then,a suitable evaluation index system for gradient development of reclamation stock resources is logical and integrated.The evaluation results are scientific and effective,and can provide a decision basis for the development and utilization of reclamation stock resources.Last,AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method can quantitatively display the evaluation results and draw the conclusions of the target layer,the criterion layer and the index layer.It has certain operability and application value,and has a clear reference significance for the subsequent work of reclamation.
