In the current situation of increasingly fierce competition in the global market,more and more large companies set up PMO(Project Management Office)organizations to manage projects,which are aligned with the strategic objectives of the company,It is better for execute the strategy.During the execution of the project,How to establish a more scientific project performance evaluation system,arrange the priority of multiple projects,evaluate the project accurately in the project process,so as to help managers make accurate and rapid decisions.It is the essential condition to obtain competitive advantages for enterprises.Based on the reality of corporate strategy and organizational structure,the thesis provides a practice-oriented model and method for the performance evaluation of multi-project in O company.Based on project priority definition,project delivery performance,and the characteristics of the whole life cycle,achieve multiple target combination,build the PMO organizational level project performance evaluation system,applying entropy method for composite index weight definition,adopt the principle of close to ideal solution sorting method(TOPSIS),set up the entropy-TOPSIS model by mathematical formula.The author attempts to establish a long-term and generalized mathematical model by introducing adjustable parameters.It can be adjusted with the market cycle and environment.Finally,combined with the actual projects of O company,the existing mathematical model is applied to carry out effective project performance evaluation and research.
