With the time flying,performance management has become an indispensable part of domestic and foreign enterprise management.In recent years,with the advancement of enterprise reform,performance management is very important.This paper studied the L team as the research object.Based on current performance management,a perfect performance management design and implementation scheme with practical application value was constructed.Firstly,this paper analyzed the theory of performance management and studied the development of performance management theory at home and abroad,and introduced performance management methods and tools.Secondly,by the analysis of the performance management of China's geological exploration industry,this paper expounded the role of performance management in advancing the enterprise process.This paper introduced the basic situation of the L team,and expounded the present situation and existing problems of the performance management of the L team.In view of the problems existing in the performance management of the geological exploration L team,this paper designed the evaluation index of the L team,including middle manager indicators and employee personal indicators,developed an evaluation system,including index standardization method,weight distribution method and comprehensive evaluation,and then expatiated on the main process of the implementation of the scheme to ensure that the scheme can be implemented in an established manner.Finally,the performance evaluation system constructed is applied to the L team,and the final performance evaluation results were obtained,and the comprehensive evaluation results were summarized and analyzed.By combining theory with practice,this paper applied various performance management tools and methods to the performance evaluation of L team,then designed a feasible performance evaluation scheme.The research results of this paper can help to further improve the performance management,and also provide reference for other teams.
