The Sun is the closest star to the earth and has the greatest impact on the earth.On the one hand,the Sun provides the earth with the light and heat necessary for life activities.On the other hand,the violent solar activities will affect the operation of scientific and technological systems in communications,navigation,and aerospace.Due to the close connection between solar radio bursts and violent solar activities,observation and research on solar radio bursts can help humans to warn space weather and avoid the harm of solar violent activities to human production and life.At present,manual methods are still commonly used to detect solar radio burst events,the workload is very large,the work efficiency is low,and accurate detection results cannot be obtained in real time.Therefore,it becomes very important to use computer technology to implement automatic detection methods to assist astronomers in observation and research.First of all,this article introduces the two solar radio spectrometers in operation at the Yunnan Astronomical Observatory of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in detail,highlighting the role of each part of the observing system and equipment performance parameters,as well as the recorded data.According to the needs of the research,the format of the solar radio data recorded is converted to obtain a spectrum image that can be easily combined with image processing technology for experimentation.In view of the fact that the original spectrum image cannot clearly show the details of the spectrum,the wavelet transform method is used for denoising to obtain a spectrum chart that clearly reflects the characteristics of the spectrum.By comparing and analyzing the characteristics of the spectrum image under the conditions of the quiet sun and solar radio burst after denoising,it is determined that the background subtraction method in the detection of moving targets can realize the new idea of automatic detection of solar radio burst.After that,the standard codebook model is introduced according to new ideas,the principle of the standard codebook model for moving target detection is described in detail,and the standard codebook model is simplified and improved according to the characteristics of solar radio data.The actual application of the entire automatic detection method is to perform channel normalization processing on the radio data to eliminate the effects of strong background and different channel gains,based on a simplified and improved codebook model to achieve automatic detection of solar radio burst events,and the detection The two-value burst area is subjected to morphological smoothing to remove the interference outside the burst area and accurately extract the start and end time and frequency of the burst event.Finally,two sets of comparative experiments are set up to illustrate the effectiveness of the method in this paper,one of which verifies the real-time detection of the codebook model method by calculating the time cost of this method and other effective methods.The other group compares the detection results of the codebook model method with the detection results of the set threshold method and the manual detection results of the Yunnan Observatory to verify the accuracy of the codebook model method.
