With the rapid development of radio telescopes,physical astronomers have become more mature in their observational research on the sun.At the same time,the solar radio data observed by various astronomical observatories shows a massive trend.However,it is inefficient to rely on physical astronomers to manually detect and identify solar radio bursts,and wasted a lot of human and material resources.In addition,human's subjectivity has a great influence on the final results.If solar radio bursts can be detected automatically and accurately,not only can reduce labor costs,but also can take timely countermeasures to avoid risks and losses.So,the automatic and real-time detection of solar radio bursts has practical significance.DBSCAN(Density-Based Spatial Clustering of Applications with Noise)clustering algorithm is applied to Automatic detection of solar radio bursts in this paper to research and analyze information of bursts,and we compare and analyze the existing research methods.summarized as follows:In order to improve the accuracy and real-time detection of solar radio bursts,firstly,the radio spectrum image need to be preprocessed.We use the method of channel normalization improve the quality of spectrum image,and the target area is highlighted.Then,the normal distribution in statistics is applied to the segmentation of the target area of the solar radio image and processed into a binary image,which can reduce the difficulty of data processing in the clustering process.After image preprocessing,DBSCAN algorithm is used to cluster the solar radio burst area.According to the fact that the intensity of solar radio bursts is much greater than that of quiet periods,and the continuity is strong,solar radio bursts can be grouped into one category,and noise points in non-burst areas can be detected,so as to extract the burst area.Purpose,and then combine the morphological operation to make the radio burst area continuous.Finally,integrated with Canny edge detection algorithm,the outline of solar radio burst is extracted,and then the start time and end time of the burst are extracted.Experimental results show that the method proposed in this paper can realize the automatic detection of solar radio bursts.Compared with traditional detection methods,it not only improves the detection efficiency,but also extracts the burst time more accurately.It can provide scientists and related staff with a certain reference,timely respond to changes in space weather and make corresponding early warnings.
