Primate Chromosome DNA Sequence On Variant Maps Research

With the development of bioinformatics and the breakthrough progress of human gene sequencing technology,people get more and more genomic data from gene sequencing technology.These data are from few to many,and now they have accumulated more and more.Faced with more and more data and types,people face a serious problem is how to store,retrieve,identify,and use these data.Chromosome is part of the genome sequence,it is an important part of biological reproduction.Visualizing the chromosomal sequence in the genome is currently a hot research direction.Using visual visualization methods to make people more intuitive and in-depth understanding of these boring data is the ultimate goal of genomic sequence visualization research.This thesis proposes a visualization method based on variable value system to visually analyze the chromosome sequence.The visualization model includes: data analysis module,data processing module,image generation module and image analysis module.Through close collaboration between the various modules,visual results are ultimately generated.From the visualization results,it is obvious that the differences and similarities of chromosomes in each organism can be observed.The visualization results of the chromosome sequence of primates are simple,clear and easy to understand.
