Novel coronavirus outbreak is facing severe challenges due to the rapid development of sequencing technology and the rapid development of bioinformatics,and the surge of massive data,especially in the field of bioinformatics.How to scientifically analyze and process the massive data in bioinformatics,in order to find out the relevant laws to guide the experiments and research in biology,is an important content of bioinformatics research at present.Among them,visualization has always been a hot topic in the field of bioinformatics research.So far,the visualization method based on biological gene sequence has produced a lot of research results,such as Z-curve in graphic representation,Hao Bolin method in image representation and so on.But at present,many methods in the field of visualization have some limitations,such as the lack of data inclusiveness,the loss of information degradation,obscure methods,high time complexity and poor visualization effect.In view of the above problems,a visual model based on the system of variant value logic is proposed.The main research work is as follows:(1)Starting from the three main modules based on variant value,this paper introduces the operation process of logic module,measurement module and visualization module in detail.Taking soil bacteria and coronavirus gene sequence as sample data to display two-dimensional and three-dimensional visualization results,structural features and hidden information in sample gene sequence can be seen from multiple dimensions.In addition,the advantages and disadvantages of the model and the method are compared.(2)In the measurement module and visualization module,the variant value system model is extended and studied.By changing the fixed segment length of the measure parameter into the indefinite step length and the projection combination,the image result is also changed into the graphical result.Nine kinds of coronaviruses are used as the typical application to compare the visualization result with the basic variant value logic system,which further enriches the theoretical method of the variant value logic system.The main work of this paper is to propose a visual model for gene sequence research in the field of bioinformatics,and to expand the research.Compared with other methods,this method has the characteristics of fast calculation speed,low time complexity and clear visualization effect.It can see the sequence characteristics from multiple dimensions,which is intuitive and comprehensible,and widely used.This paper will always focus on the theme of gene sequence visualization,and the experimental results can also be very intuitive to reflect the relationship between the four bases and the distribution law.
