In recent years,due to the rapid development of China's metallurgical energy industry,more and more waste blast furnace slag is discharged every year,and a large number of slag yards have been built for storage.With the accumulation of years,a large number of blast furnace slag landfill slopes have finally formed.Due to the poor engineering properties of blast furnace slag and the large scale of the slope,it is necessary to analyze the stability of such slopes and study the treatment methods.As an effective treatment method for such slopes,the grouting method can effectively block the pores and cracks in the loose blast furnace slag through the flow and filling of the slurry,improve the compactness and integrity,and strengthen the effect.This article takes the Panzhihua Iron and Steel Group West Residue Field as an example,and obtains relevant parameters through field grouting tests and indoor grouting and solids mechanical performance tests.Finally,the overall stability of the slope before and after grouting is calculated and compared to verify the grouting method for The rationality of such slope management.The conclusions reached during the research are as follows:(1)Aggregate particle size and grouting material have great influence on the strength and deformation of grouting and solid.In general,under the same confining pressure and grouting material,the larger the particle size of the aggregate,the greater the resistance of the grouting and solid to the failure and the strength of the rock mass after the failure.When using cement as a grouting material,it can not only increase the strength,but also improve the integrity and compactness,while increasing the C value and ?value;while using fly ash as the grouting material,it can only increase the? value in the short term The increase in C value is not large.At the same time,as the confining pressure increases,the deformation characteristics of grouting and solids gradually change from brittleness at low confining pressure to ductility at high confining pressure.(2)Through the discussion of the applicability criterion of grouting and solid strength,it can be found that the growth of grouting and solid strength is nonlinear,and as the confining pressure increases,its nonlinearcharacteristics become more obvious.At the same time,it was found that the Bieniawski power function criterion is applicable when the particle size of the grouting and solid aggregate is small,the H-B strength criterion when the particle size is medium,and the ROCK strength criterion when the particle size is large.As the confining pressure increases,the failure mode gradually changes to shear failure,and the fracture surface also changes from a single tensile fracture surface to multiple intersecting,intersecting fracture surfaces.(3)Through the inspection of the grouting effect of the on-site grouting test,it is found that the integrity and strength of the injected formation have been greatly improved than before,and the shape of the slag has also changed from fragmented to columnar or short cylindrical cement Cement slag,and establish a slurry diffusion model that meets the site conditions,considering gravity,by calculating and optimizing the effective diffusion radius of the slurry Pulp program.The bishop method and janbu method are used to calculate the slope stability,and it is found that the overall stability of the slope has been greatly improved compared with before the treatment.Through a large number of experimental analysis and theoretical studies,this paper shows that the grouting method is feasible for the treatment of such blast furnace slag pile filling slopes.The research results of this paper will provide an important theoretical basis for the future use and management of the Panzhihua West Slag Yard,and also provide a theoretical basis and important experience for the reinforcement and treatment of the same type of slag slopes in the area.
