With the increasingly complex electromagnetic environment,the application of satellite navigation is facing severe challenges.As a result,the navigation against gradually gets the attention of all countries.Global Navigation Satellite System(GNSS)spoofing technology,as one of the core technologies of the navigation against,has gradually become a hot research direction at domestic and overseas.Based on this,the GNSS spoofing equipment based on spoofing technology is being stepped from the verification stage to the application stage.Effective evaluation of its efficacy and selecting the equipment with excellent performance can not only enhance modern navigation countermeasures,but also largely determine the success of target tasks.However,In the process of evaluating the efficacy of related equipment,there are still some problems such as incomplete index system,unspecific methods for testing spoofing effect of the equipment,inadequate evaluation method for evaluating related equipment,as well as two shortcomings including low accuracy of weight judgment and low overall evaluation efficiency.Therefore,this paper was focused on establishment of evaluation index system,methods of evaluation index detection,optimized reduction of the index system and evaluation method of dynamic game for the above problems and shortcomings.The main works and results were as follows:1.A complete index system was built to evaluate the efficacy of GNSS spoofing.The system was built from two aspects,which were basic indexes and indexes of the spoofing efficacy,and four levels,which were navigation signal,positioning result,hardware-software performance and actual utility.The results could effectively make up for the lack of the complete index system in this field and could be used to prepare for the test of each evaluation index.2.The specific detection methods for testing spoofing effect of the equipment were come up and their calculation models were completed.Based on the built evaluation test platforms,simulation and actual tests were carried out by using three test methods,which were full-digital simulation,semiphysical simulation and full-physical test,so as to analyze the specific changing rule of spoofing effect with each parameter.The results obtained could be used as the decision basis to improve the effect of GNSS spoofing,and also prepare for the quantitative analysis of qualitative evaluation indexes when optimizing reduction of the index system and for the construction with analysis of experimental scenarios corresponding to the evaluation method of dynamic game.3.The evaluation methods based on grey relational analysis,fuzzy comprehensive assessment and cloud model were applied,and an set of optimized reduction was selected from the two perspectives,which were enhancing the correlation between evaluation indexes and the optimal evaluation result and reducing the fuzziness and randomness of qualitative and quantitative integration of indexes,to improve the overall efficiency.The obtained set of optimized reduction included spoofing signal access time,maximum spoofing distance,mean absolute deviation of pseudo-range,spoofing position accuracy,pseudo-range rate accuracy and timing accuracy of synchronous clock,whose evaluation grade corresponding to the comprehensive result was above good and the deviation rate was less than 10%.Therefore,the optimized reduction was effective and could be used to construct the universal index of the hierarchical structure corresponding to the spoofing patterns in the strategy-style matrix of adversarial game.4.The method of interval combinatorial weighting was adopted.Considering the uncertainty in the evaluation process,the theory of interval number was introduced into the method of combinatorial weighting,which used the joint algorithm of interval analytical hierarchy with ternary connection number on the subjective level and used the interval entropy weight method on the objective level,so as to weaken the strong subjectivity of weights and further improve the accuracy of judgment of weights.The results could be used as the weight set in the evaluation method of dynamic game.5.In order to take the dynamic complexity of the evaluation into account,considering the fuzziness and randomness of the influencing factors,firstly the evaluation method of dynamic game based on interval fuzzy comprehensive assessment was put forward.Then the hierarchical structure and profit matrix corresponding to the spoofing pattern in the strategy-style matrix of adversarial game were constructed.Finally,the obtained matrix was used to evaluate the actual measurement of a spoofing equipment,the minimum profit value of which was 0.5500 under the condition of blind information.The results showed that the equipment under test had strong spoofing ability,and the proposed method could effectively improve the problem of uncertainty in the evaluation process.
