With the development of science and technology,many industries need monochrome X-ray for research and test in various aspects.Especially in the field of cosmic exploration,high-energy monochrome X-rays are often used in the calibration of detectors.Since X-ray machines can only produce X-rays of multi-color,how to filtrate X-ray of given energy from them is a problem that many scientists have paid close attention to in recent years.Monochromator is a kind of optical instrument commonly used in the filtration of monochrome X-rays.However,at present,most monochromators can only work at a low energy band,and many of them still need manual operation to adjust the crystals.The main work of this project is to design a crystal monochromator which can filtrate high energy X-rays and fix the exit height of the light.My main work includes following aspects:Firstly,we define the design requirements of the monochromator according to the customer's needs.Then,we select a suitable design plan and the crystals by analyzing the principle of the monochromator.Subsequently,according to the requirement of the fixed exit,we select an appropriate linkage mechanism,and give a suitable plan of crystal size.Then,we design the main structure of the monochromator and its matching devices in detail.Finally,we analyze the mechanical properties and errors according to the 3D model.We analyze and calculate the errors of the structure,exit height and energy filtration of the main body,to ensure that the design meets the needs of the customer.
