In recent years,terahertz technology has developed rapidly in many fields such as security imaging,non-destructive testing,medical diagnosis,etc.However,the lack of suitable measurement methods for performance calibration of terahertz detectors is still an important factor limiting its progress.Terahertz array detectors offer significant advantages over traditional single-pixel detectors for direct,high-speed,real-time terahertz imaging.Therefore,the traceability of the magnitude of the terahertz array detector is also increasingly urgent.In this paper,the terahertz power meter is used as the measurement standard,and the calibration method of terahertz array detector responsiveness and related parameters is studied.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Study the terahertz array detector responsiveness and related parameter calibration methods.Based on the analysis of the existing infrared focal plane array calibration method,the terahertz power meter traced to the laser power reference is used as the standard terahertz detector,and the field effect self-mixing terahertz array detection is proposed based on the alternative method.The program for calibration.At the same time,the absorption coating of the terahertz power meter was simulated,and the optimization of the coating was completed by the simulation results.The traceability of the terahertz array detectors required for calibration in this paper is achieved.(2)Set up a terahertz array detector calibration device.By calibrating the optical path by designing responsiveness and related parameters,the effects of correcting source instability and background noise are improved.At the same time,the development of two-dimensional positioning full-closed control and data acquisition system,the ability to replace the scanning method of automatic data scanning according to experimental requirements,to solve the problem of absolute response calibration of terahertz array detector.(3)Perform calibration experiments and analyze the uncertainty of the measurement results.The calibration experiment of field effect self-mixing terahertz array detector responsiveness and related parameters was carried out,and the uncertainty of the calibrated responsiveness was analyzed.The responsiveness of the terahertz array detector was 89.46 k V/W,the relative expansion uncertainty is6.58%(k=2).
