The traditional UV Raman spectrometer and other biochemical detection equipment are heavy and bulky,and are generally only suitable for indoor detection.In order to achieve real-time,convenient detection,portable,miniaturization,integration in UV photonics integration in miniaturization,integrated optical waveguides show great application potential,UV photon integration is considered to be an ideal way to realize new portable biochemical detection equipment.The characteristics of UV photon integration materials and device structures are significantly different from visible-near fringe photon integration.Here,the research work of the system is realized around the ultraviolet transmission material and the splitting device structure.A low-loss ultraviolet transmission waveguide and a transient ultraviolet splitting device are designed,and the device performance is optimized.The main research work and innovations are as follows:(1)Design a magnesium fluoride(cladding)-alumina(core)waveguide structure suitable for 278 nm ultraviolet broadband.The calculated slab waveguide refractive index ns is 1.651,the corresponding strip converter effective ncnc is 1.542,the group refractive index ng is 2.023,the bending attenuation of the waveguide at 3 ?m coaxial is 1.5 dB/cm,and the low-loss UV photons There are important application potentials in integration.(2)A single diffraction order grating grating device with a center wavelength of 278 nm,an array of waveguides of 170,and a number of channels of 80 is designed.The wavelength resolution of the device is 0.07 nm,the insertion loss is 6.65 dB to 7.74 dB,and 3 dB is about 0.064 nm.(3)The characteristics of the cascaded double micro-ring resonant filter are theoretically studied.The main performances such as free spectral range,insertion and channel bandwidth are the single micro-ring structure;the double micro-ring structure and the multi-diffraction order grating grating are connected in series.The center wavelength is 278nm,the number of array waveguides is 50,the number of channels is 30,and the cascade optical splitting device is realized.The wavelength resolution of the device is 0.048 nm,the insertion loss is 3.98 dB?7.55dB,the range of 3dB is about 0.036nm,and the performance is significantly improved compared with the single-granular-level tandem waveguide grating device.
