Evaluation And Empirical Research On The Quality Competitiveness Of The Manufacturing Industry In Quanzhou City

Since 2015,the promulgation of“the Program of Action for the Ten years Made in China 2025”and the comprehensive implementation of the strategy of making a powerful manufacturing country,the development of China's manufacturing industry has completed the transformation from extensive growth in scale and speed to intensive growth in quality and efficiency.Despite the slowdown in global economic growth in the near future,manufacturing is still the core driving force of the economies of developed and developing countries.China is a big manufacturing country,not a manufacturing power,"it cannot find the New World if along the old map".Accordingly,from the perspective of high-quality development strategy to deepen the understanding of the manufacturing quality competitiveness,build the evaluation index system of the manufacturing quality competitiveness which is suitable for the quality development of the modern manufacturing industry,the differentiation analysis between the quality technical efficiency and the scale efficiency distribution of the demand manufacturing industry of different factors is of great importance to the evaluation of the competitiveness level of the manufacturing quality.From the perspective of high quality development strategy,this study deepens the understanding of manufacturing quality competitiveness,adopts the method of combining strategic management ideas and competitiveness theory to carry out the concept of macro quality,establishes the strategic framework map,deconstructs the mechanism of quality demand and quality input of all relevant parties in the strategic framework of high quality development on economic development,and analyzes the homogeneity and heterogeneity characteristics in the evaluation process of manufacturing quality competitiveness,combined with the strategic background of high quality development and the practical problems in the current manufacturing quality evaluation,the representative evaluation index system of manufacturing quality competitiveness in the field is modified,and the index screening and model modification are carried out by using factor analysis and SEM,and the evaluation index system of quality competitiveness suitable for the development of modern manufacturing industry is constructed by adding two evaluation indexes of industry quality demand index and environmental monitoring situation.Based on the evaluation index system of manufacturing quality competitiveness proposed in this study,the quality competitiveness level of manufacturing industries in Quanzhou City is empirically analyzed by industry structure section and time section measure according to different factor intensity.On the basis of comprehensive score of manufacturing quality competitiveness in Quanzhou City,and based on three-stage DEA method,two factors that affect the level of quality competitiveness but are not within the controllable range of industry are selected as external environmental variables.SFA regression model is used to adjust the quality input and the DEA efficiency is calculated by eliminating the redundancy of the external environment,the empirical results are as follows: The three-stage DEA model can effectively reduce the estimation deviation between the pure technical efficiency value and the scale efficiency value of manufacturing quality.According to the pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency value,the manufacturing industry is divided into 4 efficiency regions,the adjusted efficiency calculation results show that the influence of technology evolution effect on different structural types of industries is different.In accordance with that characteristic of the efficiency structure of each industry,the choice of improving the efficiency of quality competition in different industries is put forward from the aspect of improving the use efficiency of quality resources or adjusting the economic scale.In that end,according to the research conclusion,in order to improve the overall quality competitiveness of the manufacturing industry and to pay attention to the improvement of the input-output efficiency of the quality,the research put forward that the quality decision of the behavior subject should innovate the quality improvement mechanism,pay attention to the macro quality development strategy and the structural characteristics of the industry itself,and focus on the choice of the direction of efficiency improvement;In the macro quality supervision department,it should improve the external competitive environment of manufacturing quality,promote the development of clusters,and reduce the redundancy of manufacturing quality investment,as well as pay attention to social quality,and promote the sustainable development of economy.
