Digital economy has become an important starting point for the high-quality development of China's economy.The research on the development status and development stages of digital economy provides an important reference for each region to examine its own gap,define the orientation,find the development di-rection and explore the development path,which can better promote balanced development,full development and coordinated development.This paper presents a complete,clear and novel research idea of digital economy.Scientific Biblio-metrics takes the lead.It gives full play to its advantages in analyzing massive articles in the era of information explosion,and makes up for the shortcomings of traditional literature research,such as strong subjectivity and low efficiency.By drawing the knowledge map,we can summarize the whole picture of the research,refine the research direction and improve the research methods.Firstly,this paper summarizes the research topics,research hotspots and research trends in 1998-2020 by analyzing 959 digital economic documents on zhinet by CiteSpace.It is found that the qualitative research of digital economy is far more than quantitative research.In view of the lack of a unified digital economic calculation method in China,this paper chooses the index system to calculate the direction of the journal literature and institutional reports.Secondly,in order to scientifically,comprehensively and objectively measure the development competitiveness of digital economy in 30 provinces,this paper selects 4 first level indicators and 27 second level indicators to construct the index system from the connotation of digital economy,and compiles the Python code of entropy method for calculation.From the weight ratio of the first level indicators,the highest proportion of industrial base is 40.65%,and the second is 27.09%.The weights of integrated application and development potential are close to 16%.There are great differences between the industrial base and digital facilities in various provinces,while the gap between the integrated application of digital technology in all walks of life and the future development potential is small.From the comprehensive score,China's provincial digital economy as a whole presents the development trend of "the eastern coastal developed provinces and cities are developing strongly,the central overall development is fast and balanced,the Western Sichuan and Chongqing are the core,but the other regions are developing slowly,and the overall competitiveness of the three Eastern provinces is weak".Finally,this paper uses GeoDa software to measure the competitiveness index of provincial digital economy development,and studies whether there is spatial aggregation and correlation.The results show that under the weight matrix of geographical distance and economic distance,the global Moran index is not signif-icant,but the local Moran index is significant in many provinces,which indicates that there is a large space for cooperation between some neighboring provinces,and the development level of digital economy in provinces with similar economic development level is different.Based on this,according to the development char-acteristics of Sichuan,Anhui,Zhejiang,Jiangsu,Jiangxi and other places,this paper puts forward three major development paths,namely" The strong leads the weak","The strong and the strong unite”,and "The weak tends to the strong",which is of great significance for all provinces to clarify their development priori-ties,find possible cooperative development objects,and promote the coordinated development of regional digital economy.
