General Secretary Xi Jinping emphatically declared that the development of a digital economy is of paramount importance to comprehend the strategic decision to embark upon a scientific,technological revolution and to seize fresh chances for industrial transformation.The digital economy unites scientific and technological components,transcends regional data boundaries,directs the distribution of scientific and technological resources,heightens the creativity of scientific research participants,and advances economic transformation and growth.It is a new starting point for stable economic growth.Facing multiple factors such as resources and environment,it has exacerbated the mismatch of scientific and technological resources in my country.The academic interface is confronted with a major,practical problem: how to capitalize on the growth of digital economy to enhance resource allocation efficiency.A comprehensive examination of the digital economy’s influence on the effectiveness of scientific and technological resource allocation is the purpose of this article.To begin with,a theoretical analysis of the digital economy’s promotion effect,non-linear impact,spatial impact on the efficiency of science and technology resource allocation from a theoretical perspective is to be conducted and put forward research assumptions and briefly analyze the status quo;secondly,respectively;The use of entropy values and super efficiency DEA models to calculate and analyze the efficiency of digital economy and scientific and technological resource allocation in the 8 major economic zones and 30 provinces and cities.Then,the introduction of the threshold model analyzes the promotion role of the digital economy on the efficiency of scientific,technological resource allocation and non-linear impact,and conducts stable testing.From the provincial panel data,the space economy was chosen to assess the spatial influence of the digital economy on the efficiency of technology resource distribution.Subsequently,empirical research yielded the necessary countermeasures and proposals.Studies have found that the measurement results of the development level of the digital economy show that the domestic digital economy has developed steadily from2011 to 2020.Among them,Guangdong’s digital economy has the highest level of development,and the western provinces are low..(2)The efficiency of scientific and technological resource allocation in provinces and municipalities from 2011 to 2020 has been observed to fluctuate,with the results of measurement indicating a rise in the efficiency of the allocation of these resources.The east height,China and Western low characteristics have then-on-balanced the space distribution,and regional disparities have persisted in enlarging.(3)Empirical research on threshold effects shows that the impact of the digital economy on the efficiency of the allocation of scientific and technological resources has nonlinear characteristics,and has a significant dynamic panel threshold effect.When financial openness in the central,western regions reaches the Yangtze River region,the digital economy’s role in the allocation of scientific and technological resources is significantly enhanced;however,it has a weak regulating role in these areas.(4)Empirical research on space overflowing effects shows that the spatial panel’s space Dubin model is better.Guangdong,Shanghai and other developed provinces and cities can not only promote the improvement of its own technological resources,but also produce siphon effects on the underdeveloped areas in the west.At the same time,factors such as foreign trade can also affect the allocation of scientific and technological resources in the region.This article proposes countermeasures in response to the findings of the research.To begin,it is essential to invest more in the resources of the digital economy’s weaker regions and concentrate on resolving the regional development disparity.Second,with the help of the digital economy’s agglomeration and overflow effect,gradually help the scientific,technological innovation mechanism.Thirdly,promote the penetration and integration of the scientific system of the digital economy and play a role in financial capital on scientific,technological innovation.Fourth,the digital economy must hasten the penetration and integration of scientific and technological innovation,and contribute to the growth of financial capital.To further this,reform the educational system,enhance research and development protection,and construct a strong technical basis for the digital economy platform.
