The optimal order quantity of non-perishable goods stationary stochastic demand indefinite inventory problem is not only affected by the demand in each period,but also by the inventory level left over from the previous period.The multi-period inventory effect will cause a complex "chain reaction" of the inventory level,which is inappropriate.The decision will lead to an imbalance in the relationship between supply and demand,which will cause dramatic changes in costs.Previous studies have focused more on the structural properties of the optimal inventory policy under the general premise that the ordering pattern is not specified,but there is a lack of other specific inventory strategy studies.This article focuses on the research on the inventory policy with fixed order quantity per period(Q inventory policy)under the above-mentioned background under the situation of backorder and lost sale,and establishes the Q inventory policy optimization model with the goal of minimizing the average cost.The mathematical convexity of the built model is proved,and the corresponding solution algorithm is designed according to the convexity result of the objective function,which is of great significance to the inventory optimization research of batch ordering.The main results of the thesis are as follows:1)Constructed a Q inventory policy model with the goal of minimizing the average cost,under the conditions of demand backorder and lost sale,explored the existence form of the solution through numerical experiments,and proved it through convex optimization theory and mathematical induction.The objective function is a convex function,so it is determined that the Q inventory policy model in this situation has a unique solution.2)Improve the common grid search algorithm,design a variable-scale grid search algorithm,and analyze the Q inventory policy models under the two situations of backorder and lost sale.Compared with the ordinary grid search algorithm,the variable-scale grid search algorithm is more accurate and efficient.
