With the continuous development and improvement of biological concept and internal fixation technology,at present,the most commonly used method of fracture treatment is using plate and locking screw to fix the fracture site.As one of the most common fracture types,pelvic fracture has been concerned for its special location and complex structure.Reconstructed plate has certain elasticity,it can be bent temporarily according to the special fracture condition and bone shape of the patient,and it has been the most commonly used treatment for pelvic fracture since it was used.But the process of using pelvic reconstruction plates to treat pelvic areas is not always smooth,failure of operation,material and structure defects of bone plate,adverse reactions of plate and bone fixation will increase the probability of internal fixation failure.This article is based on the factors of improper operation in clinical operation,analysis of bending capacity of pelvic reconstruction plate at different positions under different bending forms and analysis of bending and fatigue properties of pelvic reconstruction plate bent at different angles.Based on the stress shielding factors of internal fixation system,analysis of stress shielding effect between plate and pubic bone after different forms of fixation are performed with three commonly used materials and different numbers of locking screw.It is hoped to provide some basis for product development,product comparison,operation,and formulation of related standards of reconstructed bone plate.The main results and conclusions are drawn as follows:(1)In the form of transverse inward bending,the pelvic reconstruction plate has the best mechanical and fatigue properties at 37 ° bending,and in this bending form,the most prone position for fracture of the plate is in the middle of the locking hole on the external surface;In the form of transverse outward bending,the pelvic reconstruction plate has the best mechanical and fatigue properties at 60 ° bending,and in this bending form,the most prone position for fracture of the plate is at the inner and outer edges of the plate;In the form of longitudinal bending,the pelvic reconstruction plate has the best mechanical and fatigue properties at 0° bending,and in this bending form,the most prone position for fracture of the plate is in the middle of its bending groove.(2)Under the same physiological load,When fixing by inserting four locking screws at intervals,the stress shielding between pelvic reconstruction plate and pubic bone is relatively weak;when using the bone plate made of degradable magnesium alloy material with similar elastic modulus to human bone for fixation,compared with other materials,its stress shielding is also relatively weak.
