Accurate and rapid simulation of the hysteresis characteristics of magnetic materials plays an important role in the optimal design of electrical equipment such as transformers,and establishing hysteresis model is an important method for simulating the hysteresis characteristics.Among them,model solution accuracy,calculation speed and applicability are comprehensive consideration factors for evaluating the model.In addition,it is also necessary to consider the influence of different physical factors,such as mechanical stress,that power equipment is subjected to during actual operation.Therefore,it is of great significance to establish a hysteresis model that meets the engineering requirements according to actual different engineering requirements.Based on the Preisach model,this thesis carries out simulation and experimental research on the hysteresis characteristics of magnetic materials.The main research contents and results are as follows:1)According to the existing two different simplified Preisach models,comparative analysis and comprehensive evaluation were carried out from the three aspects of hysteresis loop simulation accuracy,loss solution accuracy,and calculation speed,so as to select a better model.2)A non-uniform element discretization method for extracting the distribution function of the inverse Preisach hysteresis model is proposed.Compared with the traditional uniform element discretization method,it does not require more measured hysteresis loop data and reduces the distribution function matrix.Calculation amount.Experimental and simulation results show that,compared with traditional methods,the method proposed in this paper has higher accuracy in identifying the distribution function of the inverse Preisach model,and the solution speed is faster.3)This paper proposes a cubic interpolation method to extract the inverse Everett function with stress as a variable,and establishes a static inverse Preisach model of electrical steel sheets under stress.The experimental and simulation results show that the model has high calculation accuracy and can be used for the simulation of hysteresis characteristics of magnetic materials under stress in actual engineering and the calculation of hysteresis loss.
