With the development of astronomical observation and space exploration,large radio antennas are more and more widely used.The large cylindrical radio antenna is a kind of special antenna for carrying out interplanetary exploration.This paper takes the large cylindrical antenna as the research object to carry out the design and research of antenna drive system.Firstly,based on the analysis of the technical indicators and functional requirements of the large cylindrical radio antenna,and based on the virtual axis theory of two-center coincidence antenna,a rolling track antenna pitch transmission method is proposed.After comparing and analyzing the three driving schemes of hydraulic pressure,sprocket roller,and cable traction in combination with the characteristics of antenna rotation,the wire rope traction is introduced into the antenna driving system to form the overall scheme of the antenna driving system.Secondly,this paper carries out the analysis of the key technologies of large-scale arc track design,large-arc cable traction,and pitch matching.The main loads of the antenna drive system are Analyzed and calculated,including friction load,inertial load,and wind load.According to the requirements of antenna pitch rotation,expand layout and selection design of the steel wire rope,fixed pulley and drum in the cable traction mechanism,to achieve the wire rope pulling force always along the tangent direction of the arc raceway.Through the comparison and analysis of the common track structure,this paper designs a double-V-shaped box-type circular arc rolling track,and through the comparison and analysis of the upper track fixed ball at both ends,the lower track fixed ball at both ends,set up the partition baffle three kinds of supporting ball set arrangement scheme,and finally confirm the adoption of the third scheme.The arrangement plan of the supporting ball group,and finally adopt the arrangement plan of the supporting ball group with partition baffle.The M30 R high-strength bolt is used to realize the connection scheme between the upper track and the antenna back frame.According to the cable traction method,the loop coupling synchronous control is applied to the four-motor synchronous drive,and proposing a multi-motor cooperative control scheme,and the motor drive is selected as the power source.According to the cable traction drive scheme,the loop-coupled synchronous control is applied to the synchronous drive of the multicable traction mechanism to solve the problem of multi-mechanism coordinated control,and the double closed-loop feedback control is used to realize the stable position control of the rope.The structure model of cylindrical antenna drive system is established,and the dynamic simulation is carried out to verify its function of antenna pitch rotation.The finite element simulation software is used to carry out the static analysis of the circular arc rolling track under different working conditions.The results showed that the maximum deformation and maximum stress of the circular arc rolling track are 0.57 mm and 35.7Mpa,both of which met the design requirements.By means of beam connection,the position of the connection between the upper rail and the antenna backrest is simulated and analyzed,and the stress distribution diagram of each component and the stress of the high-strength bolt are obtained.Finally,according to the problem that the rolling track antenna pitch transmission structure cannot adopt the traditional trimming method,two kinds of pitching trimming mechanisms are proposed,which are the pitch trim mechanism that the combination of traction wheel and heavy hammer and the sprocket-roller type.The dynamic unloading of the cable-traction mechanism can be realized by comparing and analyzing the selected roller-type pitch leveling mechanism of chain wheel.In order to verify the feasibility of the scheme design of the cable traction mechanism,the rationality of the selection design of the wire rope and components,and the driving accuracy of the antenna,an experimental test scheme of the cable traction drive system is developed.And an experimental test scheme of the sprocket roller-type elevation leveling mechanism is developed to verify the dynamic unloading of the sprocket roller-type elevation leveling mechanism and the driving antenna of the auxiliary cable-traction mechanism.The large Rotatable cylindrical antenna drive system designed in this paper has the characteristics of novel drive mode,low cost,and superior support performance,which provides a reference for the design of drive system similar to large antennas.
