"Designated Subcontractor" Of International Engineering Based On Game Theory Management Research

In recent years,with the continuous progress of China's engineering technology,the integration with international projects is more and more frequent.When dealing with international engineering projects,the project implementation is always easy to encounter the influence of many other factors unrelated to the project itself.Therefore,it is necessary for the construction parties to fully consider the political ecology,local national conditions and cultural beliefs of the countries involved in the project Considering various factors,a series of management methods are formulated to improve the management level and avoid risks.In the current international engineering projects,some owners often meet the situation of "designated subcontractors",and most countries recognize the designated subcontractors in the legal level.Therefore,how to further improve the management system and methods of "designated subcontractors" will be very effective to avoid the hidden dangers brought by poor management or other unpredictable factors to international projects.In the process of project implementation,project documents will run through the whole project.Document control management is not only a basic guarantee work,but also a valueadded work.Strict document control management in each stage restricts the implementation of the terms of each business negotiation.Based on the experience accumulated in previous projects,this paper analyzes the problems that may arise and meet in the management of "designated subcontractor",and summarizes the suggestions on how to rationalize,control and effectively manage the "designated subcontractor".It will focus on how the general contractor to strengthen the management of "designated subcontractors" from the beginning of project bidding to the completion of the project.Because in international projects,the owner's “designated subcontractor” will have management authority equal to or higher than that of the general contractor.The corresponding overall project management obligations are not required,in this way,there is a game between the general contractor and the "designated subcontractor".Use the means of document control management to first determine the needs of the owner and the division of the project boundary.Then establish a game model between the general contractor and the "designated subcontractor",by discussing research income analysis and strategy analysis.Draw a utility matrix that can establish a long-term win-win situationAt the end of the article,the utility matrix obtained by using the game model based on the game theory method,analysis and discussion not only meet the needs of the owner,it can also achieve the calculation results that maximize the benefits of the general contractor and the designated subcontractor.Finally,it gives reasonable suggestions on collecting and analyzing information,participating in the selection of the owner's designated subcontractor,optimizing contract terms,taking corrective measures,claiming and preventing.Provide certain quantitative analysis and related references for domestic engineering construction companies that need to construct abroad.
