Based Geographic Information System (gis) Of The Towns Regional Study

Promotion of urbanization is a historic mission of China's modernization and a strategic adjustment of economic structure. It is a significant measure of optimizing the urban-rural structure and promoting coordinated economic as well as social development. China is in a phase of accelerated urbanization development, Research achievements of national key leading towns will be beneficial to the rapid development of the future.The research focus of this paper is to build a data architecture, establish analytical modules, and develop functions of part of the analysis based on creating spatial databases. According to the collected data and evaluation of social economy, distribution analysis of the designated town location is finished through the primary evaluation of socio-economic indicators. Statistical Analysis of designated towns'is done by geographic information system. It provides decision-making and reference information for town management, especially the management of designated towns. An important evaluation will be provided for town planning. In the same time, a significant infrastructure investment evaluation is provided for a horizontal comparison for local investments.Multi-data source is collected and fusion in a data set. According to characteristics of the data itself and actual situation, noise and singular value is processed to get quality improvement data set. Redundancy is removed and the data set is obtained through the reliability and validity testing. Finally, a database is built to analyze information.Processed data is used to analyze the basic information of designated towns. The research of analyzing effects of modern facilities including urban, airports, ports, railways, and highways to designated towns has practically significant for town planning. Analysis of population and spatial cluster is innovative. Conclusions from research methods of population clustering and extreme groups have important reference value to the industry of village and town management.
