It is a necessary condition to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the surveying and mapping project results and the completion of the project acceptance by using the instrument and equipment that has been measured and verified.In recent years,with the continuous and rapid development of the surveying and mapping geographic information industry,the number of surveying and mapping qualification units has increased sharply,the number of surveying and mapping instruments in need of verification has exploded,and high-tech surveying and mapping geographic information equipment such as airborne sensors,3d laser scanners,and mobile survey vehicles has been gradually popularized.The management of metrological verification of a large number of surveying and mapping instruments by traditional manual means is not only heavy in workload,low in efficiency and low in interaction with users,but also prone to different evaluation standards.It is impossible to achieve digital retention and analysis of verification data,and it is difficult to effectively ensure the timely completion of a large number of verification work.It is necessary to build a multi-functional and comprehensive platform to provide services for the instrument verification of more than 500 surveying and mapping qualified units in the province,to ensure the accuracy and reliability of surveying and mapping engineering projects in the province,and to provide basic support for surveying and mapping product quality supervision and industry management.Based on the distributed architecture cloud platform,J2 EE,SOA,application integration and BI it architecture are selected.Cloud server is used as the carrier to build an expandable comprehensive information platform covering the whole process of surveying and mapping instrument verification to meet the collaborative needs of different positions.According to the relevant technical regulations of surveying and mapping instrument verification,the standardization of the work inspection process of the instrument inspectors can be realized.The inspection results are stored in the form of database as the data source for the quality assessment,quality review and quality analysis of the verification results.The verification results are uniformly described in the form of templates,and the verification items of all kinds of instruments are concentrated in the templates to avoid manual operation errors and improve the report detection efficiency.The program realizes the automation of instrument inspection record and procedure.Develop field instrument verification mobile terminal.Establish instrument library and instrument verification item library,support the free and flexible combination of instrument and verification item in the project,and realize interactive inspection work in a visual form.Based on the examination result set,the analyzer examines the causes of the problems from different angles in the form of Numbers,tables and charts,discovers the errors of tendency,and timely guides the verification work.After the completion of the platform is divided into four parts: appointment detection user end and background administrator user end to collect instruments for instrument verification;PAD end to detect total station and global navigation and positioning system(GNSS)field detection;We Chat end to view the login user's instrument information and statistical information and other related functions.The verification of each instrument will be carried out according to the verification regulations of the corresponding instrument.The verification items of each instrument are different according to its regulations.Each verification item has a different calculation formula to compare its verification results with the stipulated quality standard,so as to give the basis for the judgment of passing or failing to pass.The platform features complete,comprehensive,advanced technology,strong extension,through the website online operation.Qualification for both the province more than 500 units,thousands of total station and level,GNSS receiver instruments provide calibration services,provide information support for the regulatory authorities,provide data support for policy makers,to provide related report to management,and can provide technical personnel with humanized interface to work,to provide users with the query service of the whole process.
