With the advancement of the technological age,the development of marine detectors is also constantly advancing,and various deep-sea exploration and sampling equipment are emerging in endlessly.The sealing method of the existing underwater control system of deep-sea exploration and sampling equipment is an integrated package,that is,all the control unit modules are sealed in the same cavity.In underwater applications with a large amount of monitoring and complicated tasks Reliability and stability are usually poor.At the same time,the high concentration of functions also makes the maintenance of the control system very difficult.In the event of a fault,the user cannot intervene and can only wait for on-site maintenance by the developer.In response to the above problems,this article combines the background of practical applications and fully draws on the programmable logic controller(PLC)that has been widely used in the field of land industrial control,through the oil injection piston pressure compensation package of the underwater electronic system,and the functions of the conventional measurement and control requirements of underwater intelligent equipment Research on the definition of module division,the interconnection networking architecture between modules based on cable guide integrated packaging and industrial field bus,as well as the self-diagnosis of modules and the identification of faulty modules,etc.,and the design of a compact single-chip/embedded system The underwater oil injection modular programmable control system is characterized by flexibility and the modular characteristics of the terrestrial PLC.The hardware design of the system adopts the Cortex-A8 processor and Cortex-M3 processor as dual cores,the CAN bus as the field bus to realize the communication of the underwater electronic system,the UDP communication as the communication method between systems,and the measurement and control system The requirements of the system are defined by functional modularization and designed into a variety of different circuit board cards;the software design of the system is divided into embedded software design and upper computer software design.Embedded software design is mainly based on embedded Linux development and bare metal development.In order to achieve the multi-threaded parallel operation of the business process,the upper computer software realizes the display of status data and the issuance of control commands.Through single-function board test,multi-board networking test and other system function and performance verification,as well as board oil immersion function test,board oil pressure resistance test,and oil injection package structure test,the results show that the paper proposed The underwater modular programmable control system based on oil-filled packaging meets the design requirements and can complete the measurement and control tasks of underwater equipment through networking.
