Earthquakes are a kind of geological movement with complex origins.When they occur,they often cause a variety of secondary disasters such as land subsidence,floods,and volcanic eruptions.When it is in different environmental conditions such as cities,plains,and mountains,the manifestations and consequences of disasters are also different.Earthquakes have the characteristics of huge disaster risks,diverse derivative hazards,and large impact areas.Therefore,in order to protect the lives and property of the people,it is essential to improve the information level of earthquake disaster prevention and mitigation.The single earthquake prevention and disaster mitigation strategy in the existing earthquake information service system cannot meet the needs of earthquake prevention and mitigation that change instantly with the evolution of the disaster chain.Therefore,we need an earthquake information service algorithm that can derive optimal response strategies for changes in earthquake disaster events,scenarios,and user types.Knowledge graph is a semantic network that shows the potential associations between heterogeneous data.It can effectively establish the logical associations between earthquake disaster information,scenes,users,and earthquake disaster prevention and mitigation strategies.This paper proposes an intelligent semantic matching algorithm,which optimizes the semantic matching relationship between the actual needs of users and the information of earthquake disaster prevention and mitigation by establishing the semantic association between earthquake disaster information,scenes and earthquake prevention and mitigation strategies,so as to provide the most appropriate earthquake disaster prevention information service.(1)A design scheme of ontology database for earthquake disaster prevention and control information is proposed.Analyze the field characteristics of earthquake disaster information services,and analyze the structural relationship between earthquake disaster information,basic data,application scenarios,and user types in the process of earthquake disaster prevention and mitigation information services.Taking earthquake disaster events,earthquake prevention and mitigation strategies,related data and functional services as the core,design the earthquake information ontology,as well as its corresponding concepts,attributes and hierarchical relationships,and build an earthquake disaster prevention information ontology database.(2)Design and construct scenarios for earthquake disaster prevention information knowledge Graph.Based on the earthquake disaster prevention and control information ontology database,with "scene-earthquake prevention and disaster reduction strategy" as the core,the conceptual design of four types of ontology is built,and the knowledge graph model layer is constructed from top to bottom.At the same time,based on the earthquake disaster prevention corpus,the knowledge map data layer is constructed from the bottom up.Analyze the technical characteristics of key links such as knowledge extraction,knowledge fusion and knowledge reasoning,and finally establish the relationship mapping between the model layer and the data layer to form a scene-based knowledge graph of earthquake disaster prevention and control.(3)Semantic matching algorithm is designed based on knowledge of the map,and verified by examples.On the basis of the semantic matching algorithm,the knowledge graph technology is introduced to establish the semantic association between earthquake disaster information,and the template is matched according to the user's intention,and the earthquake information entity and related functional services are comprehensively invoked to realize the intelligent information service oriented to user needs.The research results of the intelligent matching algorithm for earthquake disaster prevention information are verified by using case data.The results show that the semantic matching algorithm proposed in this paper can provide corresponding earthquake prevention and disaster reduction related functional services according to user needs.
