Salmonella is a kind of pathogenic microorganism which can infect multi-livestock and zoonosis. There are continuous reports about salmonella infecting humans and animals in Xinjiang. However, there are few comprehensive studies on different animals and human infections. The purpose of this paper is to study the serotype, drug resistance and virulence genes of Salmonella from different animals and humans, and to analyze their origin,so as to provide data support for understanding the prevalence of Salmonella in Xinjiang.Collect from different parts of Xinjiang(cattle, sheep, chicken, pigs and dog)feces samples,Urumqi supermarket retail meat(beef, lamb, chicken and pork),respectively, and the city's disease control center diarrhea patient feces samples,Salmonella was isolated and identified by conventional methods combined with PCR,K-B method was used to detect the drug sensitivity of the isolated bacteria and the Salmonella stored in our laboratory, and serotype was identified by glass plate agglutination combined with multiplex PCR.The resistance gene and virulence gene were detected by PCR.PFGE method was used for traceability analysis.A total of 34 Salmonella strains were isolated from 3213 samples, and the total isolation rate was 1.06%(34/3213),The isolation rates of Salmonella from animal feces, retail meat and diarrhea were 0.75%(18/2137),1.60%(8/515)and 1.43%(8/561),respectively,The isolation rates of faeces from chicken, dog and cattle were 2.64%(12/455),0.87%(2/231)and 0.35%(4/1142),respectively.No positive bacteria were detected in faeces from sheep and pig.The isolation rates of pork and chicken were 5.38%(7/130)and 0.77%(1/130),respectively.No positive bacteria were detected in beef and mutton; The results of drug sensitivity showed that 35 strains(54.7%)were drug-resistant,the drug resistant to TET?AMP?SXT and CAZ,and were sensitive to AMI,only one strain(1.60%)of human Salmonella from diarrhea was multidrug-resistant,57.8%of Salmonella were resistant to at least one antibiotic, and 42.2%of Salmonella isolates were resistant to three or more antibiotics. There were 22 different drug resistance profiles, and the most common one was AMP+TET+SXT;eight resistant genes were detected, bla TEM(32.8%)?bla CTX-M(12.5%)?bla CTX-M-9(3.1%)?tet A(39.1%)?sul1(25.0%)?aad AI(1.6%)?aac(10.9%)and cml AI(1.6%).Serogroups B,D,C1 and C2 were detected, and 8 serotypes were detected. The predominant serotypes were Salmonella Agona(29.7%,19/64),Salmonella Mbandaka(25.0%,16/64),Salmonella Typhimurium(14.1%,9/64)and Salmonella Enteritidis(10.9%,7/64).The first three serotypes were mainly prevalent in Salmonella from animals, and the latter was the dominant serotype of Salmonella from human;16 virulence genes of 8 classes were detected in 64 Salmonella strains. The detection rates of virulence genes stn?bcf C?mis L and fim A in animal and human Salmonella strains were between 95%and100%.The 38 Salmonella strains were divided into 14 different PFGE patterns. The PFGE patterns of 6Salmonella strains showed uniqueness and no correlation, the PFGE patterns of Salmonella from the same sheep farm were the same, and the genetic similarity between some chicken and pig strains and human strains was 100%.The isolation rate of Salmonella in Xinjiang is low, chickens, cattle and dogs are the main carriers, the retail chicken and pork are polluted, the main serotypes are Salmonella argona of group B and Salmonella Mbandaka of group C1.The degree of drug resistance of isolated bacteria is relatively mild compared with some inland areas in China, but the phenomenon of multiple drug resistance is serious and the spectrum of drug resistance is wide, and the carrying amount of enterotoxin and adhesion factor is high.PFGE patterns showed that Salmonella spread in the whole food and meat production and consumption chain, and pose a certain threat to human health.
