Early Warning Of Land Resource Carrying Capacity At County Level

The carrying capacity of land resources is a measure of the status quo of a region's land resources supporting human economic activities.With the acceleration of China's industrialization and urbanization process,farmland occupation,ecological destruction,environmental pollution and so on are becoming increasingly serious.The existing land space planning lags behind the social and economic development.Therefore,China's land space should be optimized.Taking land resources as the basis of land space optimization can provide ideas for spatial optimization.The early precaution of land resources carrying capacity can effectively reflect the status of land resources carrying capacity in the region.Hence,it is necessary to establish the monitoring and early warning of land resources carrying capacity,which proves the decision-making basis for the optimal layout of land space.Taking Badong County as the research area,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of land resources carrying capacity of Badong County based on DPSIR model.Taking villages and towns as the evaluation units,the paper uses particle swarm optimization pursuit model to comprehensively evaluate the land resources carrying capacity of villages and towns in Badong County.According to the results,the land resources carrying capacity of Badong County is classified based on ArcGIS software platform,and the land resources carrying capacity of each township is determined.Based on SPSS software platform,this paper analyzes the evaluation results of land resources carrying capacity of Badong County by cluster analysis method,obtains the best projection value of each township,and classifies the precaution level of land resources carrying capacity of each township in the county,so as to clarify the warning situation of land resources carrying capacity of each township.The main conclusions are as follows(1)Based on the DPSIR model,this paper selects the indicators suitable for the land resources carrying capacity of Badong County,constructs the evaluation index system of the land resources carrying capacity of Badong County,and uses the extreme value method to standardize the data,and uses the particle swarm optimization pursuit model to determine the best projection value of each town.(2)Based on ArcGIS software platform,the evaluation results are divided into high,medium and low grades by using natural discontinuity method.The order of land resources carrying capacity of each town is:Guandukou Town>lvcongpo Town>xiqiuwan Town>Dazhiping Town>Yanduhe Town>Chadianzi Town>Dongfukou Town>Jinguoping Town>Shuibuya town>Qingtaiping Town>Xinling Town>Yesanguan town.(3)Based on SPSS software,the land resources carrying capacity precaution of Badong County is divided into four grades by cluster analysis:no warning situation,mild warning situation,moderate warning situation and severe warning situation to make clear the distribution of police information in each township,and establish precaution mechanism.
