| The middle reaches of Yangtze River urban agglomeration is a crucial area for C hina to contribute to the execution of the strategic rise of the middle region,and the Outline of the Yangtze River Economic Belt Development Plan states that it is necess ary to put the protection and restoration in the first place,and always adhere to ecolo gical priority and green development,which requires us to emphasize its resource envi ronmental conservation and ecological civilization development,and to harmonize econ omic development with ecological protection;while China is currently lacking in per c apita water resources and Therefore,it is of significant significance to quantify the cur rent situation of water resources and analyze the influencing factors of regional water resources carrying capacity.After reviewing domestic and foreign references and defining related concepts,the current situation of the middle reaches of Yangtze River urban agglomeration is firstl y described from two aspects of social-economic and water resources utilization,and t he problems existed in it are analyzed.Using the DPSIR model,the indicator system is developed in five dimensions: driving force,pressure,state,impact and response,re spectively.The weights obtained by the weighting method and the CRITIC weighting method were synthesized,and finally,the water resources carrying capacity values of each region in the middle reaches of Yangtze River urban agglomeration from 2010 to2019 were collected,and the obtained values were used to analyze the water resourc es carrying capacity of each region in three aspects: spatial change,2019 condition an d temporal change.Then,on the basis of analyzing the global and local spatial correl ation of regional water resources carrying capacity,a double fixed effect spatial Durbi n model was constructed,and appropriate variables were selected to analyze the influe ncing factors of water resources carrying capacity.Conclusions are drawn from this:(1)The spatial distribution of water resources carrying capacity of urban agglomerations shows a trend of "concentration-scattering-concentration",and the overall distribution is "low in the north and high in the south";(2)During the period from 2010 to 2019,the Yangtze River The overall water resources carrying capacity is relatively stable,a nd has declined in recent years;(3)the water resources carrying capacity has an obvi ous positive spatial correlation.Power has a positive effect.Based on the conclusions obtained,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)Governance according to local conditions and promote cross-regional cooperation;(2)Improve infrastructure and promote water-saving construction;(3)Adjust industrial stru cture and improve water efficiency;(4)Promote talent introduction and strengthen Gov ernment control;(5)Strengthen scientific and technological research and development,and promote technological innovation. |
