Various industries are proactively studying the application of Internet technology in the corresponding industries.In particular,big data technology,an important content and technology in the field of information technology of the era,is a field of study for countless scholars.The development of the geoscience industry should respond to the changes of the times and find the combination of big data and other related information technologies with geoscience.Hence,combining expert empirical knowledge with big data has become a popular research topic in the geoscience industry nowadays.However,one problem in academia has been troubling many researchers,which is to find quality literature and determine the direction of research in the vast amount of literature.Therefore,having the cutting-edge information of the industry or directional field is the first step to make an innovation.Based on the previous research,this thesis comprehensively composes a set of key technologies for geological big data discovery,mining and analysis based on expert knowledge,and carries out a series of integration of various big data technologies.In the context of the era based on geological big data,this thesis combines the geological big data ontology model constructed by geoscience experts' empirical knowledge and the key technologies of Internet data discovery and mining to empower the field of geoscience and develop related applications.Through the research and example application of technical methods of combining big data technology and geology,this thesis draws the following conclusions:(1)The logical structure tree and URL structure tree realized by using various big data technology tools iteratively complement each other,which can well provide basic data as well as application corpus for geological text data analysis and mining.(2)The ontology framework model of geological domain topics is constructed by example,and the associated retrieval of relevant geological data topics is realized and applied in practice.The retrieval results have significantly improved the completeness and accuracy of the data after supplementing the geological data ontology,which also contributes to the construction of a complete and mature geoscience ontology knowledge model afterwards.(3)A detailed description of the whole process of geological big data discovery mining technology from dataization to informatization to knowledgeization to service is presented from the examples,involving different technical fields.These descriptions can better serve geological research workers,realize the retrieval and access of geological data,and further verify the superiority of key technologies of geological big data discovery mining.
