With the development of the times and the gradual deepening of the concept of sustainable development,the sustainable development of various organizations and institutions has received more and more attention.Many problems of environmental pollution and waste of resources have occurred in the traditional extensive production,and many enterprises have neglected employee benefits and working conditions for profit.Therefore,many countries have formulated relevant laws and regulations to promote the sustainable development of enterprises.At the same time,many problems such as environmental damage and unreasonable treatment of related employees have also occurred in modern logistics.Therefore,Therefore,the sustainable development of modern logistics is necessary,and modern logistics with the goal of sustainable development has become one of the industry development trends.Under the requirements of the sustainable development of modern logistics,manufacturing companies only consider the economic aspects that cannot meet the current development requirements,especially automobile manufacturing companies that focus on brand benefits and belong to the heavy industry field.These companies have many parts suppliers.The number of suppliers it needs to choose is huge.Therefore,in the procurement process of automobile manufacturing companies,selecting sustainable suppliers is an important step to promote the sustainable development of logistics in the automotive supply chain.In addition,due to the uncertainty of the demand of retailers,there is also a certain degree of uncertainty in the product demand of manufacturers.So,which suppliers are reasonable,how to choose these suppliers,and how to allocate orders to suppliers when the manufacturer's needs are uncertain,are the issues facing corporate procurement in the sustainable development of modern logistics.Aiming at the issue of sustainable supplier selection and order allocation,this paper carried out related research work,mainly including the following aspects:(1)Sustainable supplier selection based on MABAC(Multi-Attributive Border Approximation area Comparison)method.This article summarizes domestic and foreign research results on the field of supplier selection and analyzes the relevant theories of sustainable supplier selection.Based on a large number of literature research results and practical background,an economic,environmental and social sustainable supplier evaluation index system is given.A sustainable supplier selection method combining the MACBETH(Measuring Attractiveness by a Categorical-Based Evaluation Technique)method and the MABAC method is presented.As a newer multi-attribute decision-making method,MABAC method has not been fully applied to the problem of supplier selection.The steps for applying this integration method to the supplier selection problem are as follows:First,the MACBETH method and the M-MACBETH software are used to calculate the weights of the relevant indicators.Then,the decision makers use the MABAC method to evaluate the sustainable suppliers.(2)Model of sustainable supplier order allocation under uncertain demand.This article considers that under the uncertainty of the manufacturer's demand,considering the cost and the sustainable performance value of the supplier,a multi-objective planning model is established.The clarification process of constraints with uncertainty parameters in the model and the solution process of the multi-objective programming model are given to help decision makers to formulate purchasing strategies.(3)Research on potential applications.In order to illustrate the applicability of the method and model proposed in this article,a manufacturing company producing a complete vehicle is taken as an example.The method and model are used in the purchasing decision of sustainable supplier selection and order allocation for multiple products of the company.The issues of sustainable supplier selection and order allocation studied in this article are complementary to previous related research.The results of potential application research indicate that the sustainable supplier selection method and the supplier order allocation model under uncertain demand are closer to the actual application scenario,which has important theoretical significance and practical application value,and can help decision makers in manufacturing companies to make purchasing decisions.
