With the continuous advancement of technology and the increasingly fierce market competition,reducing logistics costs as a "third profit source".lt has become the most important competitive ield for enterprises and has been highly valued by people.Logistics allocation that occupies a high proportion of logistics costs.Delivery is a key link in the logistics system.and companies have been working to reduce the cost of logistics and distribution,which is also modern logistics.llotspots in field research.Logistics distribution involves vehicle routing problem(VRP)optimization research.It is intended to complete the delivery at an optimal cost to meet customer requirements.Customer with time window limit The path problem is the Vehicle Routing Problem with Time Windows(VRPTW).The traditional VRPTW is to consider the transportation cost and the penalty cost caused by the violation of the time window under the premise of satisfying the customer's demand.The optimal vehicle driving path with the lowest sum of transportation cost and penalty cost is studied,but the customer satisfaction degree is not considered.The impact of the business.If some customers who are important to the company fail to get the services they are satisfied with,they will reduce the value that the customers bring to the company and bring certain losses to the company.This paper introduces the theory of vehicle routing problems and customer importance,according to the theory of large customer value,to customers.The potential value of the analysis was analyzed to measure the imp ortance of the customer with the potential value of the customer.If the customer is satisfied,Then the potential value of the customer can be maximized,that is,the greater the profit that the company brings,Customer's potential value The sum of the customers to reflect the csstomer's salisfaction,based on the traditional vehicle routing optimization model,research and construction to make transportation costs and,The time penalty cost consists of a soft time window vehicle path model that minimizes the total transportation cost while maximizing the potential value of all customers.For the soft time window vehicle path optimization model established in this paper considering customer importance,small scale is adopted.The data is tested for correctness and compared with the VRPTW model that does not consider customer importance,highlighting the usefulness of the model built in this paper.This paper carries out related research work on the problem of soft time window vehicle routing optimization considering the potential value of customers,including the following aspects.Firstly,this paper summarizes relevant research results at home and abroad in the field of supplier selection and summarizes and extracts vehicle routing optimization research and customer satisfaction issues.Based on a large number of domestic and foreign related literature and sustainable development research,we found a breakthrough point that can continue to study on customer satisfaction issues.Secondly,A vehicle path optimization model with the maximum objective of corporate income is proposed.In recent years,models for vehicle path optimization have emerged in an endless stream.More researchers have focused on how to shorten the length of the vehicle distribution path and ignore the most fundamental problem or the maximum benefit.This paper proposes a model for the general vehicle path optimization model.Improvements and applications in the field of enterprise vehicle routing.Thirdly,a vehicle routing optimization model is proposed to consider the potential Value of the customer.Based on the previous research on vehicle routing problem and customer satisfaction,this paper finds that the customer satisfaction can continue to study,that is,customer satisfaction not only affects the later repurchase of existing customers,but also affects the present Customers with higher satisfaction will promote the positive word-of-mouth of the products and promote the sales of the later producls.Therefore,this paper has deepened this point and built a vehicle path optimization model that considers the potential value of customers,ultimately helping decision makers.Develop a reasonable path optimization strategy.Fourthly,Method and application of the model.In order to illustrate the practical application process of the vehicle path optimization model considering the potential value of the customer,the above method and model are applied to the process of formulating the vehicle path planning strategy of the W Group Hefei Distribution Center.
