Among a variety of geophysical exploration methods,electromagnetic exploration and seismic exploration are both exploration methods with wide application and high construction flexibility.The increasingly complex exploration environment presents new challenges to traditional single geophysical exploration methods and instruments.Based on ZYNQ master control,this paper develops a new distributed acquisition station that can acquire multi-channel electromagnetic and seismic data simultaneously,which provides effective equipment support for improving the efficiency of field exploration and reducing the non-uniqueness of a single geophysical exploration method.The hardware circuit of the acquisition station adopts the sub-module design scheme,which has seven circuit boards,including interface board,power board,electric field acquisition board,magnetic field acquisition board,seismic acquisition board,isolation board and ZYNQ main control board.The interface board mainly realizes the transfer of plug-in to the circuit board and the power connection sorting function of the backup lithium battery and the external lead battery,and the power board realizes the power supply management of the various parts of the acquisition station,power control and condition monitoring based on the MSP430.The electric field,magnetic field and seismic acquisition board are all three-channel design,which realizes the filtering,amplification and other conditioning of analog signals of the corresponding sensor output,and achieves high-precision analog-to-digital conversion based on the 24-bit ?-? device ADS1274.Based on the new ZYNQ series So C,which integrates FPGA and ARM,the main control board completes data SD card storage,Wi-Fi wireless human-computer interaction,high-speed Ethernet data transmission,etc.,and the isolation board reduces interference between the analog acquisition board and the digital master board.High-reliability plug-ins are used to connect the boards.Acquisition station software development mainly includes MSP430 program design on power board,PL-side FPGA program development and PS-side embedded Linux drive and application development in the main control board.Based on C language,the power board program is designed in CCS development environment to realize power control,temperature monitoring and status information escalation.In Vivado development environment,FPGA function module is designed based on Verilog hardware description language,and the functions of acquisition control,sample rate and gain adjustment and clock calibration are realized.With the help of Petalinux tools,the embedded Linux system is customized,built and generated.The network port,SD card and other drivers and data acquisition,status monitoring,LED management and other applications are developed on the basis of that,to achieve the overall function control of the acquisition station.After hardware and software design,optimization and joint debugging,a new distributed hybrid electromagnetic and seismic acquisition station principle model has been developed.At the same time,the overall function of the instrument,background noise,dynamic range,channel crosstalk,maximum sample rate,time synchronization precision,SD card and Ethernet speed and many other test work were carried out indoors.The results of indoor tests show that the design of the instrument scheme is feasible,multi-channel data acquisition can be achieved.
