In recent years,major traffic accidents caused by local thick fog have occurred frequently,causing heavy losses of life and property.Relative humidity is one of the key factors to cause fog.To improve the accuracy of fog prediction,improving the accuracy of relative humidity measurement,modifying and preprocess the measured humidity data and ensuring the reliability of the measured humidity process are helpful.The annular porous upper electrode was independently designed to replace the widely used gate strip porous upper electrode.The experimental data showed that the data hysteresis of the annular upper electrode was 2.1% RH,which was less than3.2% RH of the gate strip.The data linearity of the electrode on the ring is about 3.8%,which is much better than that of the bar.It takes 3.5s for the gate strip porous upper electrode to go from low humidity to high humidity,while only 2.6s for the ring electrode.The time required for the electrode to recover from high humidity to low humidity was 2.8s,and 3.7s is needed for gate strip.Therefore,the actual measurement accuracy of the self-designed upper electrode is higher than that of the traditional electrode,which provides more accurate measured humidity data for the fog monitoring and warning system.The measured humidity data usually have humidity data deviating from the normal value,thus affecting the fog forecast accuracy,data for effective correction to the initial humidity,the kalman filter is adopted to humidity data preprocessing,the experimental results show that,without the kalman filter to predict the humidity values and measured values obtained after the correlation coefficient is 0.907,the relative error between 1.032 ~ 2.117% humidity,after kalman filter prediction the humidity value with the measured values of the correlation coefficient is 0.931,the relative error between 0.825 ~ 1.011% humidity.The trend of the predicted value and the measured value after kalman filtering is basically coincident,and the correlation coefficient is higher than that before the modification.Therefore,filtering the humidity data is conducive to improving the accuracy of humidity prediction.When monitoring humidity data in the field.Due to the external force caused by bad weather,it was found that the upper electrode of the gate strip often had micro-fracture,resulting in the instability of the humidity data.ANSYS was used to simulate the force analysis of the ring porous electrode.Experiments show that the optimized ring porous electrode has more reliable force response,smaller deformation value,better equivalent elastic deformation value and lower equivalent stress value.Therefore,the optimized ring porous upper electrode has higher reliability in the field moisture measurement environment.Practice is the most effective way of test results,through traffic meteorological information service system platform to verify the research content is practical,data show that the designed ring porous electrodes effectively promote the business of humidity data availability,the optimized electrode force on the humidity measurement system is more stable,effectively reduce the rate of test platform data,at the same time greatly improve the platform to quote rate and availability of business data. |
