Today in the 21 st century,the climate is changeable and the region is complex.Different regions lead to different rainfall environments.Rainfall detection is widely used in various types of climate research,disaster prediction,and farming operations.The traditional rainwater detection technology can no longer meet the requirements of modern weather.The rain sensor is fading away from the heavy metal shell and is developing in the direction of refinement and portability.Simply relying on the introduction of foreign optical rain detection technology will cost a lot of money.The Internet of Things technology is being applied to real life at a very fast speed.It is of great significance to develop a rainfall detection system that can achieve real-time monitoring,stable performance,and sensitive response.In order to meet the market demand of the rainfall detection system and conform to the development trend of the Internet of Things technology,this paper has launched the design work of the rainfall detection system based on optical sensors.After analyzing the rainfall detection system on the market and consulting a large number of Chinese and foreign documents,and then analyzing the related rainfall meter system based on the principle of infrared light,this paper proposes a rainfall detection system based on infrared optical sensor.This article further expands the research work on system hardware and software.In terms of hardware,this article selects low-power and high-performance stm32 chip as the control core.The optical sensing part of the system uses four infrared emitting tubes and infrared receiving tubes to form a pair of tubes to work.Each pair of tubes includes an infrared emitting tube and an infrared receiving tube,and optical signals are sent and received between the two.The infrared emission zone is designed with precision power supply circuit and filter circuit.The infrared receiving area amplifies,reshapes and filters the signal received by the photoelectric tube.The entire optical sensing area is powered by an external lithium battery,and is connected to the rain processing block through a pluggable Du Pont cable.The rainfall processing section is then connected to the nb-iot module of the Internet of Things through a signal line for data upload.The Io T module can complete the control function of the relay circuit and the motor control module.In terms of software design,this paper designs the software program of the entire rainfall detection system by combining the performance of the main control chip,using the working mode of four signal channels and the control requirements of the system to the lower circuit.The system combines the timing module to control the entire system to work,and completes a series of operations such as equipment initialization,adc reading data,design curve equation,filtering optimization,and sending instant rainfall data.This paper designs the upper computer program,and completes the functional design including the monitoring of real-time rainfall and temperature and humidity information and the automatic control of agricultural lighting and canopy equipment.The experiment compares the conventional median average filtering algorithm with the method based on fusion filtering designed in this paper,and compares the rainfall fluctuation interval of the same liquid level to show that the rainfall data calculated by the algorithm designed in this paper is more stable.Experiments show that the fluctuation of rainfall data obtained after using the algorithm based on fusion filtering designed in this paper is greatly reduced.Through experiments and adjusting the algorithm parameters,the rainfall value calculated by the system is close to the value of the national standard rainfall gauge.The overall cost of the system is low,the response is real-time,and the rainfall measurement can be effectively completed.
