As an important pillar of the textile industry,the warp knitting industry has a wide range of applications and great market potential,but in the process of its rapid development,many shortcomings have been exposed.Among them,due to the small scale and dispersion of the participating enterprises and the high market risk,the warp knitting enterprises are short of working capital,and the financing difficulties are becoming increasingly serious.Warp knitting enterprises rely on the entire supply chain for financing loans,which can fully integrate resources on the supply chain and obtain reliable funding.However,the development of supply chain finance means that the bank has to bear supply chain risks.How to control the risks effectively is a tough issue for banks,and it is also one of the factors that whether the banks are willing to participate in supply chain finance.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the supply chain financial risks of the warp knitting industry based on its own characteristics,and to provide management suggestions and methods for banks to develop supply chain financial services.The main contents of this paper are summarized as follows:First of all,this paper studies the characteristics and structure of warp knitting supply chain finance according to the results of field research,and constructs a confirmed warehouse model of warp knitting industry in line with the actual situation,and obtains the profit function of retailers,suppliers and banks,so as to prepare for the improvement of behavioral operational research model and game analysis.Secondly,due to the small scale of warp knitting enterprises,managers' behavior deviation has great influence on management decision-making,and the warp knitting market risk fluctuates greatly.In order to make the model more realistic,based on the behavioral operational research hypothesis,the parameters describing the decision-maker's income risk perception coefficient are added to the model based on the behavioral operational research.So as to construct the confirmation warehouse model of warp knitting industry based on behavioral operational research.The relationship between the parameters is used to express the decision-maker's risk attitude,and the supplier and retailer are divided into three different decision-making roles: risk aversion,risk neutrality and profit seeking.And the Stackelberg game is used to solve the model.Through the numerical calculation of MATLAB,it is concluded that there is a decision deviation in the confirmation warehouse model of warp knitting industry for suppliers and retailers with different risk attitudes.Then,this paper uses behavioral experiments to verify the rationality of the confirmation warehouse model of warp knitting industry based on behavioral operation research.The design behavior experiment is divided into two sub experiments: the first is the risk attitude measurement experiment,which includes three parts: the questionnaire on the possibility of participating in risk activities,the individual binary selection,and a single order experiment.The reliability and validity,correlation and causal relationship of the experimental data are analyzed by SPSS and Amos to verify the rationality of the model hypothesis and calculate the actual situation Risk attitude of participants.The other is the double match game experiment of supplier retailer with different risk attitude.The relationship between risk attitude and decision-making data of game experiment is analyzed by SPSS and MATLAB,and the results of behavioral experiment and numerical calculation are compared to verify the rationality of confirmation warehouse model of warp knitting industry.Finally,in order to explore the impact of various risk combinations on the supply chain financial risks of bank,Va R value is introduced to evaluate the risk faced by banks in providing the confirmed position mode financing service in the editing industry,and the influence of different retailers' risk attitude deviation on the bank's income and risk is studied by numerical analysis.Then,it verifies the feasibility of the method of balancing bank income and risk by setting different pledge rates under different risk attitude combinations.Then,using MATLAB to calculate the best bet rate under different risk attitude combination through mountain climbing algorithm.Therefore,this paper provides suggestions for retailers and suppliers who face different risk attitude combinations to design the confirmed warehouse service financing contract of warp knitting industry.Due to the lack of research on behavioral operational research in supply chain risk management,this paper provides a new way of thinking for the application of behavioral operational research in the supply chain finance research,thus reflecting the theoretical significance.This paper studies the practical problems of the economic editing industry in a specific industry,and provide financing contract optimization suggestions for banks,which has reference value and practical significance for banks to provide supply chain financial loan services.
