Multi-attribute decision-making method is a decision-making method for decision-makers obtain the optimal alternative from a set of feasible schemes according to the predefined multi-attribute.As an important decision-making method,multi-attribute decision-making method is widely used in medical diagnosis,urban planning,investment decision-making and many other fields.This paper we mainly study the multi-attribute decision-making methods of several types of neutrosophic set:(1)First,we proposed two new similarity measures of single valued neutrosophic set and discussed the properties of the proposed similarity measures.Furthermore,the similarity measure of interval neutrosophic set is proposed by the same method.Finally,we apply the proposed similarity measures to the numerical example of medical diagnosis and compare with the existing similarity measures about the same example to verify the feasibility and applicability of the proposed similarity measures in the multi-attribute decision-making method(2)First,we proposed the hesitant fuzzy linguistic neutrosophic set.Then,the score function,accuracy function,operation rules and the distance measure of the hesitant fuzzy linguistic neutrosophic set are defined based on the linguistic scale function.Furthermore,the behavioral TOPSIS decision-making method of the hesitant fuzzy linguistic neutrosophic set is proposed.In order to verify the feasibility of the proposed method,it is applied to the investment decision-making practical problem.And compared with the classical TOPSIS method to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.(3)First,we proposed the uncertain linguistic neutrosophic set.Next,the score function,accuracy function,operation rules of the uncertain linguistic neutrosophic set are defined based on the linguistic scale function.Then,by using the defined operation rules,the uncertain linguistic neutrosophic weighted average operator,the uncertain linguistic neutrosophic ordered weighted average operator and the uncertain linguistic neutrosophic geometric weighted average operator are proposed.A multi-attribute decision-making method based on the score function and accuracy function of the uncertain linguistic neutrosophic set is proposed.Finally,a numerical example is used to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
