In daily life,people tend to use linguistic values instead of numerical values to express information.By using positive and negative evidences to evaluate information at the same time,that is,membership function and non-membership function,intuitionistic fuzzy set is a powerful tool for dealing with uncertain information in decision making.In this paper,aiming at the decision making problem of uncertainty information with intuitionistic fuzzy linguistic values,a decision making method based on intuitionistic fuzzy linguistic concept lattice is proposed.The main research results are as follows:(1)To address the uncertainty problem of fuzzy linguistic values,we propose the intuitionistic fuzzy linguistic concept lattice which combines the concept lattice with the intuitionistic fuzzy set.Based on the intuitionistic fuzzy linguistic concept lattice,the definition,theorem and corollary of attribute reduction under the intuitionistic fuzzy linguistic formal context are given.Then we present the discernible matrix and discernible function under the intuitionistic fuzzy linguistic formal context.Moreover,we study the attribute reduction method based on the discernible matrix.(2)For the multi-attribute decision making problem which attribute weight information is completely unknown and the attribute value is a intuitionistic fuzzy linguistic value,combined with TOPSIS method,we propose a multi-attribute decision making method based on intuitionistic fuzzy linguistic concept lattice with unknown attribute weight.Firstly,we define the intuitionistic fuzzy linguistic weighted average operator and the intuitionistic fuzzy linguistic entropy.In order to determine the attribute weight information,we construct and normalize the intuitionistic fuzzy linguistic entropy matrix by using intuitionistic fuzzy linguistic entropy.Then,under the intuitionistic fuzzy linguistic formal context,we propose the similarity degree and the weighted similarity degree between two intuitionistic fuzzy linguistic concepts,and construct a multi-attribute decision making model.The effectiveness and practicability of the proposed method are illustrated by an example.(3)Based on the intuitionistic fuzzy linguistic formal context,we present the intuitionistic fuzzy linguistic formal decision context.Under the intuitionistic fuzzy linguistic formal decision context,the partial order relationship between concepts and the subtlerelationship between intuitionistic fuzzy linguistic concept lattices are discussed.And this section gives the similarity degree and the weighted similarity degree between intuitionistic fuzzy linguistic sets.Furthermore,the intuitionistic fuzzy linguistic conditional concept lattice and the intuitionistic fuzzy linguistic decision concept lattice are constructed,and we obtain the rule set in the intuitionistic fuzzy linguistic formal decision context.After that,we establish an application model of intuitionistic fuzzy linguistic rule extraction.Finally,a practical example which concerned the disease diagnosis is given to illustrate the applicability and effectiveness of the proposed approach.
