Laser oil removal is a technology which uses the interaction between laser and oil and substrate to remove oil from the substrate surface.Compared with the traditional methods of removing oil by manual,chemical and high-pressure water gun,it has the advantages of high oil removal efficiency,safety and environmental protection,labor saving,and has very important application value and development potential.In this paper,based on the mechanism of laser oil removal,a set of laser cleaning machine is designed and developed,and the best oil removal process parameters are obtained.The main research contents are as follows:1?In this paper,the conditions of burning and blasting in the process of laser oil removal are analyzed,and the transmission rate of the oil is tested with 1064 nm wavelength laser.Finally,the blasting mechanism is determined to be the main mechanism in the process of laser oil removal.According to the principle of blasting mechanism,the fiber laser with wavelength of 1064 nm,repetition frequency of 2k Hz-50 k Hz,maximum single pulse energy of 10 m J and focal radius of 0.06 mm was selected as the cleaning light source.2?Based on the blasting mechanism,a laser oil removal model is established,and the interaction between the laser and the substrate and the oil stain in the process of oil removal is analyzed.Based on this theory,the oil removal model is modeled and solved by COMSOL software,and finally the oil removal simulation results under different laser parameters are obtained.Through the simulation results,the theoretical parameters of laser oil removal are obtained,and the experiment of oil removal process is guided.3?The technology experiment of flue oil cleaning is carried out,the influence of different single pulse energy and different light spot overlapping rate on oil removal effect is analyzed,and the laser parameters and light spot overlapping rate parameters needed for effective oil removal are obtained.The experimental results show that the best removal effect is when the overlap rate of spot of liquid oil and solid oil is 50% and the repetition frequency is 50 k Hz.When the energy of single pulse is 1.1m J and 2.0m J,the maximum oil removal thickness is 70?m and 200?m respectively.When cleaning solid oil,the thickness of solid oil is 10?m-100?m when the single pulse energy is 0.4m J,40?m-210?m when the energy is 0.8m J,70?m-320?m when the energy is 1m J.The experimental results are consistent with the theoretical results.4?A portable laser cleaning machine is designed and manufactured for removing oil from flue,which is mainly composed of four parts: fiber laser?hand-held laser cleaning head?case and control system.The utility model has the advantages of small volume,light weight,flexible and simple operation,which can be applied to various working conditions,especially in places with narrow working conditions such as kitchen flue.
