The laser cleaning technology is a novel cleaning technology that uses a high-energy laser beam to irradiate a surface of an object and causes the layer with iron rust,paint or stains on the surface to peel off or vaporize,thereby achieving the purpose of cleaning.Its efficient and reliable cleaning effect makes it gradually replace some of the traditional cleaning methods and become the most important technology in the field of cleaning.At present,there are many laser cleaning devices that exist in the experiment in China,but it is still almost blank to be truly converted into mature products and applied to actual production.These devices are difficult to meet actual production requirements,both in terms of cleaning eff-iciency and stability.This thesis mainly studies the pulse width control of the laser and the optimization of its beam quality through theoretical analysis and simulation,and determines a Q-switching scheme that is very suitable for the laser cleaning field according to the requirements of tire mold cleaning.This scheme is suitable for high-power lasers and can control pulse width conveniently and flexibly,but costs very low.At the same time,the stability of the laser cavity and the control of its beam quality using this scheme are further analyzed in this thesis.Based on this scheme,this thesis builds a stable and reliable laser system with fiber coupling system independently,designs the laser cleaning head and supporting control system according to the user's needs,and further designs the structure of the entire machine to realize the development of the entire laser cleaning device.The maximum output power of our laser cleaning equipment is up to 270W,which is the highest average power of pulse laser cleaning equipment developed in China.The pulse repetition rate is 5?12kHz,and the peak power can reach to more than 70kW.The entire equipment is stable and reliable with low cost.By using our self-developed laser cleaning device,a tire mold cleaning experiment was carried out to verify the possibility of the application of this equipment in this field.After an experimental study on the aircraft skin laser cleaning,it shows the fact that the 1064 nm pulsed laser is not suitable in this field.It is not a good result but it provides an effective information for laser cleaning in the field of aircraft skin cleaning.Finally,an experiments for decontamination verifies the feasibility and efficiency of large-scale cleaning work by using our laser cleaning equipment.
