Although China’s current economic level is getting higher and higher,the problem that cannot be ignored is the environmental problems such as air pollution and water pollution brought about by the economic development process.Therefore,the country pays more and more attention to the development of green economy.Industrial agglomeration is an important driving force in economic development,and it is also inseparable from environmental issues.Based on the above relationship,the article studies the relationship between secondary industry agglomeration,tertiary industry agglomeration and the synergy of secondary and tertiary industries on green total factor productivity,trying to explore how industrial agglomeration and industrial synergy affect green total factor productivity.By sorting out relevant literature,clarify the impact mechanism of industrial agglomeration and industrial collaborative agglomeration on green total factor productivity.The article uses provincial panel data from 2004 to 2017,first calculates the secondary industry agglomeration,tertiary industry agglomeration,and secondary and tertiary industry agglomeration levels,and uses the entropy weight method to construct an environmental pollution index to obtain green GDP,and then calculates the green total factor productivity of each province.After that,the status of industrial agglomeration and synergistic agglomeration in each region was analyzed.By comparing green total factor productivity and total factor productivity,the gap between the two was analyzed,and green total factor productivity was analyzed.The last is empirical analysis,using spatial econometric models to analyze the impact of industrial agglomeration and industrial agglomeration on green total factor productivity.According to the results of empirical analysis,it is found that in the core explanatory variables,the secondary industry agglomeration and the tertiary industry agglomeration have a reverse U-shaped relationship with green total factor productivity,and the inflection point of the tertiary industry agglomeration is higher than the inflection point of the second industry agglomeration.Industrial synergy and green total factor productivity have a U-shaped relationship;among the control variables,the industrial structure and R & D level all contribute to the green total factor productivity,while the per capita capital stock and energy structure inhibit the development of green total factor productivity.Therefore,relevant suggestions are put forward to give full play to the positive effects of industrial agglomeration and industrial agglomeration on green total factor productivity,encourage technological innovation,increase research and development investment,and optimize the energy structure.
