Abdominal breathing is closely related to the core area of the human body.Abdominal breathing can move through the diaphragm to increase intra-abdominal pressure, thus improving the stability of the trunk and spine.A stable core is crucial in spinning, not only to improve work efficiency and energy output, but also to reduce the risk of injury. In the spinning movement, the need to maintain the stability of the core area,so that the body force is concentrated on the pedal.Ab DOMinal breathing training is added to the spinning movement, and the combination of breathing and movement can continue to strengthen the function of the core parts, improve the structure of the human dynamic chain, and thus improve the training effect more effectively. In this study, the influence of abdominal breathing intervention training on the surface electromyography of the major muscle groups in spinning exercise was taken as the research object, and 20 undergraduate students from Physical Education College of Hebei Normal University were selected as the experimental subjects by the methods of literature, experiment and mathematical analysis, and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group received abdominal breathing intervention training, while the control group received routine spinning training. The experimental period of the two groups was 10 weeks, with 60 minutes of training three times a week. Before and after the experiment, the data of the experimental group and the control group were collected by surface electromyography(EMG)technology. Two postures of sitting posture and standing posture were adopted, and the load was incremental load, which was divided into starting stage and stable cycling stage to test. The difference between abdominal breathing intervention training and routine training was compared by using muscle contribution rate and activation time sequence index, and the influence of abdominal breathing intervention training on the surface electromyography of the major muscle groups in spinning was obtained. In order to promote the stability of the core area of human body through abdominal breathing, improve the quality of movement, reduce the occurrence of sports injury,so as to improve the exercise effect,at the same time to perfect the spinning movement technology to provide a certain theoretical basis.Results:(1)In the starting stage of sitting posture, the muscle contribution rates of rectus abdominis and external oblique muscles were significantly different between the experimental group and the control group after the experiment(P<0.05),while the contribution rates of other muscles were not significantly different between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).At the starting stage of standing posture, the muscle contribution rates of rectus abdominis, external oblique and vastus lateralis were significantly different between the experimental group and the control group after the experiment(P<0.05),while the contribution rates of other muscles were not significantly different between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).(2)In the sitting position, the erector lumbar spine muscle was activated first in the experimental group, and the vastus lateralis muscle was activated first in the control group.During the standing posture starting, both the experimental group and the control group were firstly activated by the lumbar erector spinal muscle, followed by the abdominal muscle in the experimental group and the vastus lateralis muscle in the control group.(3)In the sitting posture stable cycling stage,at 50 W load, the muscle contribution rates of rectus abdominis and external oblique muscles were significantly different between the experimental group and the control group after the experiment(P<0.05).At 100 W load, the muscle contribution rates of rectus abdominis and external oblique muscles were significantly different between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05).At 150 W load, the contribution rate of rectus abdominis muscle was significantly different between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.01),and the difference of ventrolateral muscle was significant(P<0.05).(4)In the stage of standing posture stable cycling, when the load was 200 W,the muscle contribution rates of rectus abdominis and external oblique muscles were significantly different between the experimental group and the control group after the experiment(P<0.05).At 250 W,the muscle contribution rates of rectus abdominis, external oblique and erector lumbar spine muscles were significantly different between the experimental group and the control group after the experiment(P<0.05).At 300 W load, the muscle contribution rates of rectus abdominis, external oblique and vastus lateralis were significantly different between the experimental group and the control group after the experiment(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)Abdominal breathing intervention training and routine training increased the muscle contribution rate of waist, abdomen and quadriceps femoris during spinning exercise, but abdominal breathing intervention training increased the lumbar and abdominal muscle group more significantly, while routine training increased the quadriceps femoris more significantly.(2)The increased activation of lumbar and abdominal muscles had little effect on lower limb muscles when riding in a sitting position; In the standing posture, the activation degree of the lumbar and abdominal muscles increased, and the lower limb muscles decreased.Abdominal breathing intervention training can significantly increase the muscle contribution rate of the core muscle group in the standing posture cycling process, stabilize the core part, strengthen the movement chain structure of the human body, and create a fulcrum for the limbs,so that they can better control the trunk and power transmission.(3)Abdominal-type breathing intervention training significantly increased the contribution rate of lumbar and abdominal muscles in the core area, while the contribution rate of abdominal muscles was not significantly increased in the conventional training group, but only the lumbar erector spinal muscles were significantly increased.Abdominal breathing intervention training can increase the degree of abdominal muscle activation to reduce the occurrence of back sports injury.(4)Abdominal breathing intervention training can preactivate the lumbar and abdominal muscles in the core area, while the lower extremities are the first to activate in the conventional training group. The pre-activation of the core muscle group through abdominal breathing can quickly establish a good body posture in the feedforward control and movement preparation stage, and at the same time, establish the correct sequence of power generation for the movement stage, and improve the movement technique.
