| Objective: to explore the characteristics of the changes of heart function through the study of head-down strong abdominal breathing training for college students,and to explore the mechanism of the effect of head-down strong abdominal breathing training on heart function,the study hypothesized that the training would improve cardiac function.Methods: Before the experiment,the subjects were divided into two groups: the Experimental Group(Training Intervention Group)and the Control Group(no training intervention group),of which 30 were in the experimental group(18 men and 12 women),control Group 30(19 males,11 females).The subjects in the experimental group were trained by head-down abdominal breathing for 30 minutes 3 times a week for 8 weeks.The subjects in the control group only carried out normal life and study.The subjects’ ejection fraction,ejection distance,ejection time,ascending aortic arch velocity,systolic and diastolic pressure,heart rate,heart rate,Stroke volume and cardiac output were measured in the upright position,supine position And-90 ° head-down position,respectively,and carry out relevant research and analysis.Results: After 8 weeks intervention,the experimental group heart function promotion effect is relatively good,in which the experimental group female promotion effect is the best.As for the index of ejection fraction,the women in the experimental group showed an upward trend in the three positions between the pre-test and post-test,and there was a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test in the upright position(p = 0.013),in supine position,there was a significant difference between pre-test and post-test(p = 0.000).In head-down position-90 °,there was a significant difference between pre-test and post-test(p = 0.000).In Stroke volume index,there was a significant difference(p = 0.012)between pre-test and post-test among the experimental group and the Experimental Group in the upright position,in supine position,there was a significant difference between pre-test and post-test(p = 0.006),and between pre-test and post-test(p = 0.001),the improvement effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion: 8-week head-down abdominal breathing exercise has a good effect on improving heart function of college students,especially for female college students,therefore,head-down strong abdominal breathing training can be used as a way of exercise to improve the heart function of college students. |
