In recent years,many scholars at home and abroad have done a lot of research work on single-objective optimization,multi-objective optimization and double-layer optimization of biochemical system,and have obtained some research results.It makes available theoretical guidance for the optimal operation about biochemical system.This paper mainly studies the steady state optimization of S-type biochemical system under the circumstance of stability restraint.The main subjects and consequences of this thesis are as follows:1.For S-type biochemical system,a steady-state optimization model was established,in which the maximum yield of the target product was taken as the optimization objective and the stability requirement as the constraint condition.In order to solve the formerly created steady state optimization problem,it is transformed into a new nonlinear programming problem based on Hurwitz stability condition and correspondent transformation.The new problem is comparatively easy to solve because it has a linear objective function and multiple linear limits compared to the optimization problem.The optimal result of the optimization model is found by calculating the new problem after transformation.2.A bi-objective steady-state optimization model for S-type biochemical system is offered based on stability restrictions.According to the features of the steady-state optimization model,a result method is projected and applied to the bi-objective steady-state optimization of four s-type biochemical systems.
