In recent years,resources and environmental issues have always been hot issues of concern to society.In order to reduce excessive consumption of resources,achieve resource conservation and environmental protection,various governments and manufacturing companies have begun to pay more and more attention to the waste generated in social life Material recycling and reuse.Remanufacturing is the process of reusing various common waste products in social life so that it can be reborn into production and life.Remanufactured products made with new science and technology and production processes are not significantly different from new products in quality and special attributes,but still have certain imperfections.As a result,consumers still have concerns when making purchase decisions,worrying that the products they buy may have quality problems.In order to eliminate doubts in consumers ’minds and reduce consumers’ sensitivity to remanufactured products,companies often provide quality assurance commitments for remanufactured products purchased by consumers,and product guarantees have appeared on the market.In order to better promote the development of the remanufacturing industry,relevant departments of the Chinese government actively formulate reasonable and effective measures to drive manufacturing enterprises to participate in remanufacturing production activities.Research shows that the government’s subsidy policy has long been regarded as an effective weapon to promote the rapid and stable development of the remanufacturing industry.Government subsidies are the most direct and effective incentive policy for enterprises,which can fully and effectively increase their enthusiasm for remanufacturing production activities.This paper introduces influencing factors such as government subsidies and product guarantees into the remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain,and studies the decision-making pricing problem of the remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain.The main research contents include:(1)To study the pricing decision of the remanufacturing supply chain under the guarantee of the manufacturer Centralized decision-making and decentralized decision-making game model,and solve the model to derive the optimal pricing of manufacturers and retailers under government cost subsidies and sales subsidies,the profitability of the supply chain and the optimal remanufactured products under two subsidies The guarantee period and the design of a revenue sharing contract make the remanufacturing supply chain that considers guarantees and subsidies coordinate and operate efficiently.(2)Study the pricing decision of the remanufacturing supply chain under the guarantee of retailers Centralized decision-making and decentralized decision-making game model,and solve the model to derive the optimal pricing of manufacturers and retailers under government cost subsidies and sales subsidies,the profitability of the supply chain and the optimal remanufactured products under two subsidies Guarantee period.The study found that:(1)When the manufacturer guarantees,regardless of whether the government adopts the cost subsidy scheme or the sales subsidy scheme,the profit gains obtained by the manufacturer and the retailer are the same.The difference between the two different subsidy methods is that The wholesale price of remanufactured products set by manufacturers under the method of subsidies to retailers is higher than the wholesale price of remanufactured products set by manufacturers under the method of government subsidies to manufacturers.The difference in the wholesale price of manufactured goods is equal to the government subsidy for each unit of remanufactured goods.(2)The retailer ’s profitability in the remanufacturing supply chain under the government ’s sales subsidy mechanism under the retailer ’s guarantee is higher than the manufacturer ’s profitability in the remanufacturing supply chain under the government ’s sales subsidy mechanism.The profit margin of manufacturers in the remanufacturing supply chain under the government sales subsidy mechanism is lower than the profit margin of manufacturers in the manufacturing supply chain under the government sales subsidy mechanism.This is because the difference in the leading power in the supply chain will make the supply The profit distribution of chain members changes,and the leader of the supply chain can better share the profit revenue of the supply chain.
