Research On Remanufacturing Supply Chain Gaming Based On A Product-Service System

For a long time,the development of the world economy has been based on the rough production mode.As a result,a large number of waste products have been produced,among which are many products with serious environmental pollution but high recycling value,such as Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment.If disposed properly,these products can become another "Mine of resource" of the city.Under this background,various circular economy practices emerge.Among them,remanufacturing has the characteristics of small environmental hazards,low resource consumption and high economic benefits.So,many scholars and enterprises take remanufacturing as the most effective means to develop circulating economy and explored remanufacturing technology and related theories systematically.Although remanufacturing has many advantages,it also has many problems.First of all,the recycling of used-products is difficult.The Chinese government announced bans on importation of foreign rubbish in2017.This policy almost makes the recycling of used-products from overseas impossible.At the same time,the quality of products recycled from domestic market is different.So many remanufacturing enterprises are facing recycling problems.Secondly,China’s market has been full of fake and inferior products for a long time,which has led to Chinese consumers’ innate resistance of remanufactured products.Therefore,the remanufacturing industry in our country is facing both recycling and selling problems.In recent years,service economy like sharing economy in China have been developing rapidly.For remanufactured products,leasing or sharing services can solve the quality concerns of consumers,so many remanufactured enterprises begin to provide services while selling products.Based on this,three different remanufactured product service systems are discussed: remanufactured enterprise providing service,third party providing service and retailer providing service.Cooperative and noncooperative game of three different product-service systems are analyzed.The influence of consumer preference and discount factors is taken into consideration.The results show that,under the situation of non-cooperative,remanufacturer providing service can bring best sales and benefit.When the consumer preference is high and discount factor is low,entrusting a third-party to provide service is better than entrusting a retailer.Conversely,entrusting a third-party can bring more benefits while entrusting a retailer can bring more sales.In any case,cooperation can improve benefits but can improve sales only by entrusting a retailer to provide service.
