In recent years,with the rapid development of space technology,the space environment in lunar exploration,rendezvous and docking and deep space exploration missions is becoming more and more complex,which brings new challenges to deep space exploration technology.Space TOF camera is a kind of new detection equipment applied in space field.It can obtain intensity and depth information at the same time,and has the advantages of small size,high frame rate and strong real-time performance.At present,there has been no successful application case of TOF camera in China's space field.In this paper,the photomechanical structure of a small space TOF camera carried on a space equipment for the first time in China is studied.The specific research work is as follows:The working mechanism and mathematical model of spatial TOF camera are explored in detail,and the respective advantages of current mainstream 3D cameras(binocular vision,structured light)and TOF camera are compared and analyzed.Combined with the development requirements of space TOF camera,the optical and mechanical structure system of the camera is designed,and the optical system and the overall structure scheme of the TOF camera are determined.Considering the mechanical,thermal and technological properties of the material,the photomechanical structure material of camera is optimized.Finite element analysis method was used to analyze the mechanical properties and optimize the structural parameters of the key parts of the camera.Then,The optical structure of space TOF camera is designed in detail.The statics,dynamics and thermal structure characteristics of the machine are analyzed by means of finite element analysis.The analysis results show that the maximum stress of the whole machine is 120.2MPa and the maximum deformation is 283.6nm under temperature and overload conditions.The basic frequency of the whole machine is 399 Hz,with high enough dynamic stiffness;Under 55? uniform temperature rise loading condition,the surface precision of each optical lens meets the design requirements of PV?l/10,RMS?l/40(l=632.8nm).Finally,the first sample of the space TOF camera was developed,and the performance test of the large and small field of view optical lens was carried out.MATLAB software is used for data processing of the detection results,and the main performance parameters of the optical lens are obtained.The results show that the measured performance parameters of the camera size field of view lens all meet the design requirements.
