In a warehousing environment dominated by manual operations,traditional storage allocation and order consolidation methods have been unable to meet the everincreasing time limit requirements of consumers.In the status quo of most companies,each operation link of the storage center is independent,and there is little connection in operation,especially the link of storage location allocation and order picking.The former determines the location of picking goods,and the latter determines the order of picking goods.,The combination of the two links directly determines all the paths of the pickers when picking goods,and is the top priority for improving the efficiency of manual storage.At the same time,as the amount of enterprise data increases sharply with the increase in e-commerce orders,large-scale data processing and data mining methods can also help enterprises to mine the associated information in historical order data,thereby supporting storage allocation and orders Batch optimization.The work of this paper is as follows:(1)Briefly introduce the partition picking system of W company,start sorting and analysis of manual picking operations of the company's warehousing,analyze the problems of warehousing operations,and determine the allocation of goods and order batching is the key optimization direction of this article.Decide on the relevance of the picking distance,you need to consider the product relevance and order similarity;(2)In response to the needs of the partition system to balance the partition workload and shorten the length of the picking time,construct the order similarity coefficient,define the time model expression of the order picking,and establish the order batching model with the shortest total picking time by the partition system and Storage space optimization model,and build space allocation algorithm based on commodity association rules and order batching algorithm based on order similarity;(3)Use python language for data cleaning,association rule apriori mining algorithm writing,cargo location optimization and order batching algorithm solving,two kinds of storage and random storage,storage based on demand frequency,two storage allocation schemes,first-come-first-served Compare orders in batches,and analyze the optimization effects of location allocation and order batching.The overall research results show that: location allocation based on association rules and order batching based on order similarity have achieved good optimization effects in reducing the total picking distance,reducing the picking time of the zoning system,and improving the picking efficiency.After joint optimization,it can be reduced by 20 % Above the total picking time.
