The study of marine sediments is an important part of Quaternary research.Climate change and various geographical information can be preserved in the deposition process in order to infer the historical evolution of geology.The study of marine sediments is later than that of terrestrial sediments,but it has developed rapidly in recent years.Luhai Village is located in the south of Liaodong Peninsula,northwest of Jinzhou District,Dalian City.The climate in the area is warm and humid,with a large amount of debris from land.Based on ocean drilling on both sides of Long Island of Luhai Village,columnar sediment samples were obtained by means of laser diffraction particle size analyzer and X fluorescence spectrometer to analyze the particle size composition,parameter characteristics,constant element and heavy metal element content of marine sediments in this area.The following conclusions were obtained:(1)Through the particle size analysis of marine sediments in the study area,Features:HA1-3,removal in 28 samples HA1-4 clay silt,The rest are sandy silt,Fine sand(4-63 um)is the dominant particle size group in all samples,60%,In which coarse silt is the dominant group of silt group,About 40%of the total,The clay content is less;The average particle size is between 4.17??6.41?,Average?,5.215 The overall volatility is small,But there's no obvious pattern of vertical change,Sorting is moderate,As a whole,as the depth increases,Standard deviation increases,The variation characteristics of poor sorting degree,indicating that the deposition process may be affected by the complex and changeable hydrodynamic environment and the combined effects from different regional sources,Between-0.09?0.88,Average skewness 0.088,Most of them are positive and positive,A sharp range of 0.98?1.86,The average is 1.18,Most spines greater than 1.11,A narrow peak or moderate,indicating the strong seawater dynamics in the study area,Sedimentary environment is in high energy environment;Because the particle size frequency curve of 28 groups of samples is generally consistent,may indicate that sediments have similar material sources.(2)X fluorescence spectra of marine sediment samples,Quantitative qualitative analysis of sediment metal content:sediments contain mainly Na2O,Mg O,Al2O3,Si O2,K2O,Ca O and Fe2O37 oxides,Over 50%of the total,The contents of Na,Mg,Al,Si,K,Ca and Fe were0.8%,0.65%,8.83%,25.66%,3.22%,2.10%and 5.90%,Through comparative analysis,The contents of Si and Al as the main components of minerals are similar to those of the upper crust,And a certain enrichment,Loss of Na,Mg and Ca elements,A certain amount of leaching,At the same time lower than the middle eastern Bohai Sea and China shallow sea sediments,and the leaching of Ca elements indicates that the bioactivity in the study area is slightly lower,resulting in weakened chemical deposition of carbonate.(3)The analysis of heavy metal elements mainly includes seven kinds of Cr,Mn,Co,Ni,Cu,Zn and Pb,which are analyzed by factor analysis and geochemical inde x analysis.The results show that the source of marine sediment is also affected by h uman activities except from continental sedimentary rocks,and the regional climate is warm and humid during deposition,which is beneficial to chemical weathering and le aching of some active metals.Both constant and heavy metal elements have some affi nity,indicating that most of their sources are Mainland weathered clastic.
